The variety Piper Kurtovska Kapiya is a large-fruited, medium-early variety with a vegetation period of 145-150 days. The plants are 60 - 66 cm high. with 2 - 3 branches. The fruits are hanging, large and 12-16 cm long. They are basically 5-7 cm wide. in the shape of a two- or three-walled gate. The average weight of the fruit is 70 - 75 g. Their flesh is 5 - 8 mm thick, tender, sweet, with a pleasant aroma, the skin is thin and easily separated during roasting. The green fruits are dark green, the ripe ones are deep red. Suitable for fresh consumption, cooking and marinating.
