DIRECTIONS
for submitting information about violations under the Law on the Protection of Persons Submitting Whistleblowers or Publicly Disclosing Information about Violations
Persons authorized by law may file a report if IN PERIOD NO MORE THAN 2 YEARS BEFORE FILING THE REPORT at their place of work they witnessed:
- Violations of Bulgarian legislation or of such in the field on:
a) public procurement;
b) financial services, products and markets and the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism;
c) product safety and compliance;
d) the safety of Transport; safety;
g) food and feed safety, animal health and animal welfare;
h) public
i) the protection of consumers;
k) the protection of privacy and personal data;
l) the security of networks and information systems. - Violations that affect the financial interests of the European Union within the meaning of Art. 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
- Violations of the rules of the internal market The Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, including the rules of the European Union and Bulgarian legislation on competition and state aid.
- Offences related to cross-border tax schemes, the purpose of which is to obtain a tax advantage contrary to the object or purpose of the applicable corporate tax law taxation.
- Committed a crime of a general nature, which you learned about in connection with the performance of your work or in the performance of your official duties.
- Violations of the Bulgarian legislation in the field of:
a) the rules for payment of due public state and municipal claims;
b) labor legislation;
c) legislation related to the performance of civil service.

All reports are registered and reviewed by lawyer Hristov. Thus, your anonymity is guaranteed!
Note, that:
- On registered anonymous reports or reports referring to violations committed more than two years ago, no production.
- Registered signals that do not fall within the scope of ЗЗЛПСПОИН and whose content does not give grounds to be considered as plausible.
- Registered reports containing obviously false or misleading statements of fact are returned with an instruction to the reporting person to correct the statements and for the responsibility he bears for persuasion under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code.
