DIRECTIONS
for submitting information about violations under the Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting or Publicly Disclosing Information about Violations
Authorized by Law individuals may file a report if WITHIN A PERIOD OF NO MORE THAN 2 YEARS PRIOR TO FILING SIGNALS at their workplace witnessed:
- Violations of Bulgarian legislation or such in the field of:
а) public procurement;
б) financial services, products and markets and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
c) product safety and compliance;
d) transport safety;
e) environmental protection environment;
f) radiation protection and nuclear safety;
g) food and feed safety, health of animals and their humane treatment;
h) public health;
i) the protection of consumers;
k) the protection of privacy and personal data;
l) the security of networks and information systems. - Breaches that affect the financial interests of the European Union within the meaning of Art. 325 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. .
- Infringements related to cross-border tax schemes, the purpose of which is to obtain a tax advantage contrary to the object or purpose of the applicable law in the field of corporate taxation.
- Committed a crime of a general nature, which you learned about in connection with the performance of your work or in the performance of your official duties.
- Violations of Bulgarian legislation in the field of:
а) the rules for payment of due public state and municipal receivables;
б) labor legislation;
in) legislation relating to the performance of public office.

You can use the attached Form (sample) and report in the following ways:

All reports are registered and reviewed by lawyer Hristov. Thus, your anonymity is guaranteed!
Note that:
- On registered anonymous reports or reports referring to violations committed more than two years ago, no production.
- Registered signals that do not fall under the scope of ЗЗЛПСПОИН and whose content does not give reasons to be considered credible are not considered.
- Logged alerts containing patently false or misleading statements of fact are returned with a direction to the reporting person for correcting the allegations and for the responsibility he bears for persuasion under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code.
