This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with European and Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection. It provides information about the way "Boshnakov" EOOD collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal data of users and customers of our "MASTERHAUS ONLINE" electronic store.

Firma "Boshnakov" EOOD, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency under the UIC 102082965, is a personal data administrator in the sense of the General Regulation, which independently determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.

In addition, we inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the duration of their storage and to whom they are disclosed.

What personal data we collect and for what purpose we use it
- Basic data
To place an online order, it is necessary to provide us Your first and last name, email, contact address and telephone number, and payment information (in case you have chosen a payment method other than cash on delivery). MASTERHAUS ONLINE and third-party providers, including Google, may use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) to report how our ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with those ad impressions and ad services are related with visits to the Website.
Our web page uses the FACEBOOK pixel.
The Facebook pixel is an HTML code of our web page, which allows us to define, measure and optimize an audience when conducting marketing campaigns.
The Facebook pixel measures conversions on different devices, allows the automatic creation of target groups of site visitors, as well as retargeting and creating dynamic ads.
Through the Facebook pixel, we do not collect personal information directly, but instead use available information about the user for retargeting purposes to our web page when browsing the Internet. In doing so, however, we do not know personal information about the specific user - for example who the user is.
This website uses Google AdWords, a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by Google. With this service, the advertising activity of www.masterhaus.bg is connected to the Adwords advertising network by means of cookies. "Boshnakov" EOOD does not identify or collect user data through Google AdWords. You can opt-out of displaying advertising through Google AdWords here.
How we protect your data
To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure and to ensure proper use of your data, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect and process.
When processing payment information, in order to make the shopping and payment process as smooth and secure as possible for you, we use Secure Sockets Layer.
Secure Sockets Layer or SSL is a special cryptographic Internet client-server protocol that protects data transmission from malicious interference. As for your credit card number, we disclose only the last four digits at the time of confirming your order. In order to make payment, we present the full credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, but this process is strictly controlled and does not pose a risk to the confidentiality of your data.
Important: We do not have access to your card number.
Duration of personal data storage
As our customer, we store some of your basic personal data (name, address, telephone and email) in our business management system for a period , regulated by law.
Data from participation in raffles, games, promotions or surveys is stored for a period of 1 year.
The data that you provide through the contact form in connection with inquiries, are stored for a period of 1 year. after completion of processing.
Data from statistical analyzes are stored for a period of up to 3 years. This data is of a non-personal nature and cannot be linked to you or lead to your identification.
After the expiration of the above periods, your data is destroyed.
How we may share your personal data
We may share your personal data in the following cases:
- in connection with ensuring the delivery or transport of goods purchased by you;
- to ensure compliance with a statutory obligation;
- to prevent fraud or to ensure network and information security of our systems.
