PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

This Personal Data Protection Policy has been developed in accordance with European and Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection. It provides information on the way in which "Boshnakov" EOOD collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal data of users and customers of our e-shop "MASTERHAUS ONLINE".

General concepts

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data is defined as any information that identifies or can lead, directly or indirectly, to your identification.

Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions that can be performed with respect to your personal data, such as collection, recording, use, dissemination, provision, blocking, destruction, etc.

The company "Boshnakov" EOOD, entered in the Commercial Register at the Agency for entries with UIC 102082965, is a personal data administrator within the meaning of the General Regulation, which independently determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

OUR PRINCIPLES RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Lawfulness, good faith and transparency

We carry out the activities related to the processing of your personal data 1) after we have received your consent; 2) for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; 3) for the legitimate purpose of conducting business activities and providing seamless customer service; or 4) for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to you.

In addition, we inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, the duration of their storage and to whom they are disclosed.

Limitation of purposes

We collect personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and do not process them further in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

Data minimization

We collect personal data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes of processing.

Access to data

We provide you with access and the opportunity to review, correct, supplement or delete your personal data that you have shared with us.

What personal data do we collect and for what purpose do we use it

  • Basic data

To place an online order, you need to provide us with your name and surname, email, address and contact phone number, as well as payment information (in case you have chosen a payment method other than cash on delivery). The basic personal data you voluntarily provide will only be used for processing, confirming, fulfilling and delivering the goods you have purchased.

Your basic data may be used for marketing purposes (information about products during a promotion, action or sale; raffles and prize games; surveys and other similar information), only after receiving your explicit consent.

  • "Cookies"

"Cookies" are data files placed on your device when you access, browse and use our online store. They allow your actions and preferences to be remembered for a certain period of time so that you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit the website or when you move from one page to another.

"Cookies" can be disabled from your browser settings. Please note, however, that some website functionalities may not work properly if they are disabled.

  • Web analytics

We use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to collect statistical information about the Users of the e-store - for example, the website from which you came to our e-store; the country you are in; your language; online behavior; the browser you use, etc. We collect the specified data to analyze what type of Users and how they use the e-store, which helps us improve the user experience. This information cannot lead to your identification.

You can refuse the use of your data by Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica by downloading and installing the following plug-ins: Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on for Yandex Metrica.

We have also implemented Display Advertising and specifically the following Google Analytics functionalities based on Display Advertising:

  • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. We use data from Google's interest-based advertising or other audience data (e.g. age, gender, and interests) through Google Analytics in the following ways:
  • To personalize your user experience;
  • To improve the User experience;

We do not merge personal data with non-personal information collected earlier by Display Advertising features.

You can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising through Ads Settings as well as personalize Google Display Network ads.

We have also integrated the following Google Analytics features:

  • Remarketing with Google Analytics for online advertising. Third-party providers, including Google, may display our advertisements on websites on the Internet. MASTERHAUS ONLINE and third-party providers, including Google, may use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) to inform, optimize, and display advertisements based on the User's previous visits to our website.
  • Google Advertising Reporting. MASTERHAUS ONLINE and third-party providers, including Google, may use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) to report how our advertising impressions, other uses of advertising services and interactions with these advertising impressions and advertising services are related to visits to the Website.

Our website uses a FACEBOOK pixel.
The Facebook pixel is an HTML code on our website that allows us to set, measure and optimize audiences when conducting marketing campaigns.

The Facebook pixel measures conversions across devices, allows for the automatic creation of target groups of website visitors, as well as retargeting and the creation of dynamic ads.

Through the Facebook pixel, we do not collect personal information directly, but instead use the information available about the user to retarget them to our website when surfing the Internet. However, in this action we do not know personal information about the specific user - for example, who the user is.

This website uses Google AdWords, a remarketing and behavioral targeting service provided by Google. With this service, the advertising activity of www.masterhaus.bg is connected to the Adwords advertising network using cookies. "Boshnakov" EOOD does not identify or collect data about users through Google AdWords. You can opt out of advertising through Google AdWords here.

How we protect your data

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure and to ensure proper use of your data, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we collect and process.

When processing payment information, in order to make the shopping and payment process as smooth and secure as possible for you, we use Secure Sockets Layer.

Secure Sockets Layer or SSL is a special cryptographic Internet protocol for client-server communication that protects data transmission from malicious interference. Regarding your credit card number, we only disclose its last four digits at the time of confirmation of your order. In order to process the payment, we submit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, but this process is strictly controlled and does not pose a risk to the confidentiality of your data.

Important: We do not have access to your card number.

Duration of storage of personal data

As our customer, we store some of your basic personal data (name, address, telephone and email) in our business management system for a period regulated by law.

Data from participation in raffles, games, promotions or surveys are stored for a period of 1 year.

The data you provide through the contact form in connection with queries are stored for a period of 1 year after completion of processing.

Data from statistical analyses are stored for a period of up to 3 years. This data is non-personal and cannot be linked to you or lead to your identification.

After the above periods have expired, your data is destroyed.

How we may share your personal data

We may share your personal data in the following cases:

  • in connection with ensuring the delivery or transport of the goods you have purchased;
  • to ensure compliance with a legal obligation;
  • to prevent fraud or to ensure network and information security of our systems.

Your Rights

Regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • to receive information about the personal data stored about you;
  • the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data;
  • to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission in case of violation of your rights or unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise your rights, you can use the contact form, describing your request and providing data that identifies you securely and unambiguously. Your request will be processed in accordance with our Request Management Procedure, within one month of its receipt.

To withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, as well as to receive an electronic newsletter, you must click on the link at the end of each email.
