Online Store Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 calendar days, unless mentioned in our return policy, for specific exceptions. The refund will be made according to your choice of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund in case you have chosen a shipping method for the goods other than the cheapest type of standard shipping offered by Masterhaus Online.
Please NOTE that the products must be returned in undamaged merchantable condition and undamaged packaging for a refund.

Options for Returning Merchandise Purchased Online shop:

1. Returns to MASTERHAUS stores

For your convenience, products purchased from MASTERHAUS Online can also be returned to one of our physical stores in Burgas, Nessebar, Primorsko or Aytos.

  • A credit note will be issued at the time of return. For returns to MASTERHAUS stores, courier services will not be charged;
  • You must bring the original invoice with you, as well as all accompanying documents from the purchase.

2. By courier

Fill out the return form, adding the reasons why submit the complaint, as well as the date on which you will send the goods by courier.

  • The amount will be returned in 14 daily period, after receiving the goods in our warehouse;
  • Transport costs for returned goods are at the customer's expense

  • Pack the product carefully in the original packaging and add all items, consumables and instructions.
  • Send the item by courier.

Exceptions to the return policy for products in the Online store

  • Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged by improper use of the customer;
  • The return of products containing hazardous materials: These are materials prohibited for transport by couriers;
  • Blinds: Custom made blinds that are sized by the customer
  • Color latex, colored according to the customer's order;
  • Customized products: Custom products, such as paint samples and those that enjoy a linear/square meter - cables, ropes, moldings, nets and others.
