These terms govern the relationship between "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD (hereinafter referred to as MASTERHAUS ONLINE or MERCHANT) on the one hand and USERS/CLIENTS of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the domain www.masterhaus.bg and its subdomains, as well as the relations with the same when they use the information and commercial services offered by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This document contains General Terms and Conditions according to which the MERCHANT provides services to its USERS/CLIENTS through the Internet store - www.masterhaus.bg.
These terms and conditions bind all USERS. By opening the masterhaus.bg electronic store page, the USER/CLIENT agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Identification of the USER/CLIENT for the purpose of reproducing his statement both for acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and for the order placed is carried out through the log files of the server of masterhaus.bg, storage of the IP address of the USER/CLIENT, as well as any other information.

3. The products found on the website of masterhaus.bg do not constitute a legally binding offer, but are rather a demonstrative online catalog describing the MERCHANT's product line.

4. After clicking the "Order" button, USERS agree to purchase the goods in the e-cart.
This action is legally binding. The CLIENT receives confirmation of the order and upon receipt of this confirmation, the contract is considered concluded.

5. The MERCHANT reserves the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order in the event that the goods are not available.

II. SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Delivery of goods purchased from masterhaus.bg takes place: to the door* of an apartment or office (for buildings with a working elevator and possessing document 16), to the entrance of a residential building (when the latter does not possess document 16 and/or a working elevator), as well as to the door of a house (applies to houses without a yard), to the door of a yard (for houses with a yard) or to the office of forwarder.

* For orders weighing more than 25 kg, delivery is made to the entrance of a residential building.

2. MERCHANT is not responsible for delay in case the delay is due to courier or other supplier.

3. The goods should be carefully inspected by the USER/CLIENT or a person authorized by him during the delivery.

3.1 In case it is found that there is any damage that occurred during the transportation of the goods, the MERCHANT shall not be responsible for the warranty service of this one goods.

3.2 The CUSTOMER must immediately notify the supplier/courier of any damage, shocks and other damages found upon delivery.

4. In cases where the MERCHANT has set a specific date and time for delivery in writing, the statement is binding. If an incorrect or incorrect address, contact person and/or phone number are specified when submitting the request, the MERCHANT is not bound by the obligation to fulfill the order.

6. The customer has the right, without owing compensation or a penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. (The condition applies only to purchases made in the MASTERHAUS Online Store)

The right of refusal under point 6 does not apply in the following cases:

- For the delivery of goods made according to the USER's requirements or to his individual order / colored latex, colored to order of CUSTOMER custom blinds and other customized products/.

- For damaged items: items that are damaged by customer misuse.

- For products containing hazardous materials prohibited for carriage by couriers.

6.1 The consumer must declare his desire to refuse the goods by filling out a return form.

6.2 The costs of returning the goods are borne by the USER, with the exception of the goods returned to one of the physical stores of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD.

6.3 The USER must send or deliver the goods back to the MERCHANT or to a person authorized by him without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the date on which The USER has informed the MERCHANT of his decision to withdraw from the contract. The returned products must be in their original packaging and all accompanying items, consumables and instructions must be present.

6.4 The MERCHANT has no obligation to reimburse the additional costs of delivery of the goods when the consumer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery of the goods, other than the cheapest type of standard shipping offered by MERCHANT.

6.5 MERCHANT may withhold payment of sums to the USER until it has received the goods or until the consumer has provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever has occurred earlier.

6.6 The MERCHANT refunds the amounts received using the same means of payment used by the USER in the initial transaction, unless the CUSTOMER has expressed his express consent to use another means of payment and provided that this is not related with expenses for THE USER.

7. The price of delivery is determined separately and explicitly from the price of the goods, when the latter is not free.

III. WARRANTY PERIOD

IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT

7. The USER agrees that the MERCHANT has the right to accept advance payment for the contracts concluded with the USER for the purchase and sale of goods and their delivery.

8. The USER chooses independently whether to pay the MERCHANT the price of the ordered products and their delivery before or at the time of their delivery.

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER/CLIENT

5.1 not to violate and respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and human rights, according to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and recognized international acts;

5.2 not to harm the good name of another and not to call for a violent change of the constitutionally established order, to commit a crime, to violence against the person or to incite racial, national, ethnic or religious enmity;

5.3 not to violate other's property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;

VII. PERSONAL DATA

1. The MERCHANT guarantees its USERS/CLIENTS the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or brought to the knowledge of third parties except in the cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions.

2. The MERCHANT protects the personal data of the USER/CLIENT, which became known to him when filling out the electronic form for making a purchase application, and this obligation is waived in the event that the CLIENT has provided incorrect data. In compliance with current legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, the MERCHANT may use the CLIENT's personal data solely and exclusively for the purposes provided for in the contract. 3. VIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks used on this site under license and trademark rights are displayed with the prior written permission of the trademark owner. 1. The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to issues not settled in this contract, related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract.

2. All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill.
