WEBER Chip Smoking Box

Weber brand chip smoking box. The box is designed specifically for gas barbecues, but can also be used with electric ones. It is a rectangular box with holes in the top and bottom. Wood chips are placed in the box, which start to smoke from the high temperature in the barbecue and thus give a wonderful aroma to the food.
Add a touch of hickory, whiskey, apple or beech wood to the steaks and give a wonderful smoky flavor to the meat, vegetables or cheeses.

How to use:

• Soak 1-2 handfuls of wood chips in cold water for about 30 minutes
• Drain excess water and place wet chips in smoker box
• Place box over gas burners and turn on barbecue
• Preheat grill to high
• Grill as usual
