MARMODOM's Bioplaster Decor Standar is a mixture of acrylic emulsion with high elasticity and crushed marble with a strictly selected grain size composition and quality, enriched with special additives for better bonding. The acrylic plaster is ready for use. Suitable for exterior and interior applications.

• MARMODOM's Bioplaster Decor Standar is used as a finishing layer on various bases, such as basic or single-layer plasters, facade concrete, gypsum board, cement board and others.
• Ideal for a finishing layer in external thermal insulation systems.
• The product complies with: EAD 040083-00-0404, ETA 20/0778 - 20/0699 - 19/0472, for external thermal insulation systems BIOPANOPLY (EPS, XPS, WOOL) of MARMODOM, as a finishing decorative plaster.
• It ensures complete water repellency and eliminates the risk of cracks.
• It is not necessary to paint the plastered surfaces.
• It provides good workability, fast application, low consumption and excellent results.

Method of application:

• The base must be sound, dry and free from any type of residue (plasters, dust, paints, grease, etc.).
• The product is mixed very well and applied using a smooth metal trowel.The thickness of the applied layer varies from 1.0 mm to 3.5 mm and depends on the grain size composition and roughness of the base.
• For excellent results, the finishing of the surfaces should be done after plastering, without intermediate breaks and without using water for wetting.
• The sheeting is done with a hard plastic sheet or a Styrofoam sheet.
• The DÉCOR effect is best achieved by small continuous circular movements of the louver.
• The exact lead time depends on the substrate and environmental conditions.
• The laying temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.
• For better results, before applying BIO PLASTER, the base must be prepared with BIOPRIMER primer.
• It is especially important that the BIOPRIMER is colored the same color as the BIOPLASTER.
