Multifunctional adhesive C200, designed for use on textiles and paper. For gluing paper, cardboard, fabrics, floor coverings and textile-based wall coverings. It is also used as an additive in gypsum plasters. Suitable for both professional and hobby activities. It is intended for use indoors or for outdoor work. The tools for applying the adhesive can be a brush or a roller. The storage temperature of C200 must be above 5°C. The complete drying of the layers of glue takes place within 3 hours. If necessary, the C200 of MEGACHIM can be diluted with water, which is 5%.
The water-based C200 product is characterized by a binder that is a water-soluble polymer emulsion. MEGACHIM adhesive is transparent after drying. When using C200, cleaning of the adhesive surfaces is required. In order to use the adhesive more effectively, the treated surfaces must be cleaned of dust, greasy stains and roughness. This increases the bond strength between the individual substrates. The C200 layers are applied to the pre-prepared surfaces with a brush, spatula or roller. The applied adhesive is allowed to dry for about 3-7 minutes, depending on the type of bonded surface and the temperature at which it is applied. The complete "tightening" of the layers takes about 24 hours. Operate at temperatures above 10°C. After work, the tools must be cleaned immediately with water. The consumption rate is 100-150 g/ sq.M. It is necessary to store the glue in dry and closed warehouses, protected from direct sunlight. Protect from frost. The shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture in factory sealed packaging.
