Glue-putty mixture 25kg, gray THRAKON

THC 405 is a one-component, polymer-modified, fiber-reinforced, dry cementitious mortar intended for bonding and plastering thermal insulation boards in external thermal insulation systems (ETICS). The product is compatible with EPS (expanded polystyrene), XPS (extruded polystyrene), mineral wool and cork. It is suitable for both bonding and for preparing the base putty layer, providing high strength, excellent adhesion, resistance to moisture, frost and cracking.

THC 405 meets the requirements of European standards EN 13499 and ETAG 004, which guarantees durability and safety when used in thermal insulation systems.

• As glue: 3.5 - 4.0 kg/sq.m
• As putty: 3.5 - 4.0 kg/sq.m
• Total consumption (gluing + puttying): ~7 - 8 kg/sq.m

Application

Dilution / Mixing

• Water/powder ratio: 24 - 28 ml of water per 100 g of dry solution
• Approximately 6.0 l of clean water are used for a 25 kg bag
• The solution is used within 4 hours after preparation

• Storage: Up to 12 months in a dry place, protected from moisture and frost, at a temperature above 0°C
