Professional knife Japanese Samurai Shadow. The knife has a black non-stick coating. Blade length: 17.5 cm. The knife is suitable for chopping products or general use in the kitchen.
The Samura Shadow series of knives are distinguished by their exceptional lightness, strength and maximally simplified appearance and construction, the handle of the knife is made of hygienic impact-resistant plastic, the knives of this series are particularly suitable for home use, due to their reliability and extreme sharpness.
The Shadow series is a stylish collection that owes its elegant and strict design to the combination of a black non-stick coating, a blade made of AUS-8 steel and a handle made of ultra-durable heat-resistant ABS plastic. Despite their imposing appearance, however, Shadow knives are extremely easy to use, and the series includes some of the most frequently used utensils in professional and domestic settings.

Instructions for use of SAMURA knives:

  • Rinse the knives with hot water and wipe them dry.
  • Use the knives only on wooden or plastic cutting boards, never on glass boards (any steel blades can be easily dulled by glass).
  • Never leave knives in the sink for a long time, as this can cause the quality of both the handle and the knife blade to deteriorate.
  • We recommend that you clean the knives by hand, using non-abrasive materials and wiping them dry. The use of a dishwasher is not recommended.
  • Handle knives with care: dropping ceramic knives on a hard surface (such as kitchen tiles, marble, etc.) can cause the knife to break or even split.
  • Minor chipping of the cutting edge of SAMURA ceramic knives during the first few months is acceptable and does not affect the cutting ability of the knives.
  • Store knives in a silicone-filled knife holder or other type of knife holder. Make sure the blades do not come into contact with any metal objects.
  • When cutting products with bones (meat, chicken, etc.) it is recommended to use the SAMURA saber. When cutting frozen food products, it is recommended to use a SAMURA double-sided knife with a serrated blade - different use of other types of knives may lead to damage to the knife. Do not use ceramic knives to cut frozen food products, products with bones, pineapples, hard cheese and dry sausages.
