Wine tannin to give a characteristic tart taste to wine. It also helps to stabilize the color and taste of the wine.
Dosage: 0.2-0.3 g/l for white wines; 0.5-1 g/l for red wines.
Method of application: the required amount is dissolved in a minimum amount of wine and added between the violent and quiet fermentation.
Composition: 100% vegetable grape tannin.
Wine tannin is available in 50 g.
