MAPEI's Ultrabond Eco V4SP is a universal water-dispersion adhesive with extended open time for flexible PVC flooring. It is widely used for gluing indoors.
Field of application:
- Homogeneous and composite vinyl coatings on sheets or plates
- Polyolefin-based floor coverings
- Foam-PVC flooring (underlay-floor)
- Semi-flexible vinyl records
- Vinyl flooring made of foam PVC or polyurethane
- Smooth or fractured rubber flooring with smooth back for easy movement only indoors
- Linoleum with synthetic jute backing
- Natural cork and PVC reinforcement
- Natural coconut flooring with latex back
Technical data:
- Consistency: creamy paste
- Color: light beige
- Application temperature: from 15°C to 35°C
- Waiting time: about 10-20 minutes (30-40 minutes on non-hygroscopic bases)
- Open time: 40-45 minutes
- Ready to set foot: after 24 hours
- Ready for use: after 72 hours
- EMICODE: EC 1 - very low emission
- Application: notched trowel
Consumption rate: 0.25 - 0.4 kg/sq.m.
