MAPEI's Mapeflex MS 45 is a flexible, one-component, thixotropic, fast-setting hybrid sealant and silicate-based adhesive. It has high elasticity and deformability up to 20%.

Mapeflex MS 45 is suitable for bonding most materials found in construction, including many types of plastics. Suitable for damp substrates indoors and outdoors. Mapeflex MS 45 is effective in stopping small leaks.

With the help of the Mapeflex MS 45 hybrid sealant and adhesive, you can quickly and easily install Idrostop Soft water-swellable profiles.
