CAPAROL Latex Hygiene washable paint is characterized as a super washable professional paint for rooms with high hygiene standards. The dispersion paint has a deep white color, perfect for performing effective antimicrobial protection. It is suitable for hospitals, clinics and medical offices, maternity wards, schools, kindergartens, restaurants, etc. or for any other premises subject to frequent disinfection.

The latex paint is resistant to load - class 1 wear resistance by wet rubbing, therefore it is intended for surfaces that need frequent cleaning. It is soluble in water, environmentally friendly and with a weak smell . It has a high degree of whiteness and diffusivity Sd < 0.3 m. It can be dyed manually with max. 5% dyes. In hand painting, it is necessary to mix the entire amount of paint to avoid color differences. Latex Hygiene has a matte effect.

The bases must be sound, dry, clean and free of substances that could prevent good adhesion. Hard plasters, with normal absorption, are painted without prior priming. A coat of primer is applied to highly porous, sandy plasters. At +20ºC and 65% relative air humidity, Latex Hygiene dries on the surface and can be painted again after 4-6 hours. It dries in depth and can be loaded after about 3 days. At lower temperatures and high air humidity, the drying time is extended.
