Fermenter (water valve) for quiet fermentation of wine, grapes or other fruits in barrels and cans.
The valve is placed on the lid of the barrel. The hole in the valve cover is not drilled, but the location is marked and can be easily drilled with a suitable size drill bit. The fermenter consists of two parts and is filled with water.
