Drill for metal HSS Cobalt - Ф 3mm

The metal drill bits from the ALPEN HSS Cobalt series are suitable for drilling in metal, bearing steels, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. The cobalt drill bits have a cylindrical shank. 5% additional cobalt was used for their manufacture, which increases the temperature resistance of the steel, while at the same time slowing down the blunting of the tip. This makes the HSS Cobalt drill bits particularly suitable for drilling steels of different strength and structure. The special shape of the drill bit's tip, sharpened under 130°, allows for positioning with great precision. HSS Cobalt meet the quality and efficiency standard DIN338. HSS High-speed steel allows operation at temperatures up to 600°C.

The total length of the drill bit is 61 mm, while the working length is 33 mm. The outer diameter of the drill bit is Ф3 mm. The metal drill bit is resistant to wear and corrosion.
