Folding ceiling ladder 70 x 120/280 cm OLE Optistep

OptiStep OLE is a 3-section folding ceiling ladder. When folded, it retracts into the ceiling and frees up space in the room. It is equipped with a red metal handle, which is mounted on the mounting plates on the right side of the steps, which contributes to easier and safer ascent of the steps.
The cover of the attic ladder is thermally insulated, type "sandwich", with a thickness of 36 mm and a coefficient of thermal conductivity of 1.1 W/m2K.
The frame is equipped with a standard seal, which provides a better fit when closed.
The ceiling folding ladder is available fully assembled and ready for installation in the ceiling opening.
