Balcony window GDL 3066 Cabrio, GP1 PK19, Premium top

Roof window-balcony GDL 3066 Cabrio GP1 PK19 - upper part of the Premium series of the VELUX brand. Made of aluminum. It is installed on the slope of the roof like any other roof window. When opened, it turns into a balcony.
The window consists of two elements. The upper part opens on an upper axis up to 45° using a lower handle, as well as on a middle axis using an upper handle for convenient cleaning. The lower part is pushed forward, during which special railings open on both sides.
The inner covering of the roof window-balcony is made of strong laminated pine wood with a water-based primer and two layers of azure varnish. For the sake of energy efficiency, the model is equipped with a triple /two-chamber/ laminated glass unit with special functions. The outer glass is tempered with a thermal coating for better thermal insulation and a special additional coating for easier cleaning. The space between the glasses is 16 mm and is filled with argon gas.
Made with modern materials with excellent insulation properties, the innovative ThermoTechnology™ system turns the window into an extremely strong shield against wind and cold air. The result is less heat loss and a higher level of energy efficiency.
The GDL Cabrio model has a built-in ventilation hole that allows clean and fresh air to enter the room, while the filter does not allow insects or dust to penetrate the room. The ergonomic handle at the top of the window is used to control the ventilation opening.
The balcony window can be installed with a roof slope of 35°-53°.

IMPORTANT: For proper installation of the roof window, it is required to be equipped with the corresponding EDS cladding for flat roof relief + BDX 2000 thermal and waterproof insulation or EDW cladding for wavy roof relief + BDX 2000 thermal and waterproof insulation.
