The Schiedel UNI plus system is a universal three-layer ceramic chimney system, which consists of three main elements, structurally designed for quick and easy installation, which significantly reduces the time of building the chimney.

The system includes:

• High-quality UNI pipes made of technical ceramics, resistant to high temperatures and acid condensate
• Intermediate thermal insulation from mineral wool - flexible, with a small volumetric weight and high heat resistance
• Chimney bodies made of lightweight concrete with optimal dimensions, ventilation channels and reinforcement holes, which ensure the stable and safe operation of the system

Schiedel UNI plus is suitable for all types of fuels, and the ventilation channels help remove excess moisture and heat from the thermal insulation.

Schiedel UNI plus universal chimney systems are applicable for all types of fuels and combustion installations. They can be built internally or externally and located where they are needed. The components of the Schiedel UNI plus are precisely sized and fit together for quick and easy installation. All details and accessories needed in the construction process are included in the system.

Due to the difference in the temperatures of the external and internal environments, cracks appear in the brick chimney over time. The high-quality Schiedel external chimney bodies are made of lightweight concrete and are insulated from the hot inner pipe, thus protecting them from the effects of high temperatures. Resistant to high temperatures (tested at >1000°), moisture and acid condensate.

Schiedel chimney systems are lighter and more stable than the classic brick chimney. Special reinforcement channels are provided in them, which additionally ensures resistance to atmospheric and seismic impacts, as well as in the event of explosions and internal stresses. The fire is prevented from spreading even when soot is ignited, at which a temperature of around 1000°C occurs. In it, the traditional brick chimney is destroyed, while the Schiedel chimney systems are tested at a temperature of 1200 °C.
