Yacht varnish Leko, a one-component, polyurethane, glossy varnish. It is a solution of urethane alkyd resin, which is added to suitable solvents. Its main purpose is the varnishing of pre-primed or unprimed wooden surfaces indoors and outdoors. These can be floors, boat masts, paneling, furniture and more. It is characterized by high weather resistance, resistant to abrasion and the effects of water and alkaline substances. It is extremely easy to apply, with good spillage. Its coverage is 7-11 sq.m/l. The complete drying of the first layer takes place after 8 hours, when the second cover layer can be applied. Suitable surfaces are strong, dry, clean, degreased and dust-free wooden bases. It can be used to treat ferrous metal elements. The operating temperature must be above +5°C. It can be applied with a gun, brush or roller. It is recommended that the brush be made of natural fibers, the size of the roller fiber be 5-6 mm. When machines are used, they must be for airless application of varnish.
