Описание

Self-vulcanizing tape 3M Scotch 130C, 0.762 mm thick. It is an excellent layered strip on ethylene-propylene, rubber base (EPR). It is used to make couplings and heads, which are used in the construction of basic insulation, and this can be done at voltages up to 69 kV. The tape does not require vulcanization, has a long shelf life and has excellent electrical insulating properties. It is without liner, and its applications are versatile: in primary electrical insulation, for connecting cables at voltages up to 69 kV and constant temperature up to 90°C. The work with the self-vulcanizing, insulating tape provides an opportunity to work at emergency values of temperature of 130°C. It also serves to seal electrical connections against moisture, as well as to insulate rails. The tape is also used to insulate the ends of high voltage cables. Its dimensions are 9.15m x 19mm.
