Tile adhesive 5 kg Terracol Flex

Teracol Flex® adhesive is a high-quality adhesive, enriched with fibers and elastic additives, designed for professional bonding of terracotta, faience, porcelain stoneware, marble, granite, facing stone and other types of tiles. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, even on underfloor heating and old coatings.

• For indoor and outdoor coatings, including external facades (with additional doweling)
• Excellent adhesion to critical substrates - ideal choice for newly built buildings
• For walls and floors
• Elastic, waterproof and frost-resistant
• Class C2TE S1 according to BDS EN 12004

Suitable substrates:

• Cement and lime-cement plasters
• Concrete, aerated concrete
• Gypsumboard, gypsum fiberboard
• Old ceramics, mosaic
• Not suitable for plastic surfaces.

• Adhesion after immersion in water: ≥ 1 N/mm²
• Adhesion after thermal treatment: ≥ 1 N/mm²
• After 25 freeze/thaw cycles: ≥ 1 N/mm²
• Open time (30 min): ≥ 0.5 N/mm²
• Slip: ≤ 0.5 mm
• Transverse deformation: ≥ 2 ≤ 5 mm
• Application temperature range: from +5°C to +30°C
• Reaction to fire: Class A1

Consumption rate:

• Walls (tooth 6 mm): ~3.5 kg/m²
• Floor (tooth 10 mm): ~4.5 kg/m²
• Floor (tooth 12 mm): ~5.0 kg/m²
