Flexible adhesive for laying ceramic and porcelain tiles
Ceresit CM 12 Flex is an elastic adhesive with a liquid-plastic consistency, specially developed for gluing large-format floor tiles up to 80 x 80 cm. Suitable for use both indoors and outdoors, including in permanently damp rooms and on waterproofed surfaces.

Application:

• Laying ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles
• Suitable for floors with high loads
• Tile-on-tile bonding
• Use on cement substrates, including underfloor heating
• Ideal for wet rooms and open spaces

Main advantages:

• Class C2E according to BDS EN 12004 - provides high adhesion and elasticity
• Consumption: 1.4 - 5.0 kg/sq.m., depending on the tile and the substrate
• Excellent elasticity and resistance to deformations
• Moisture-resistant and suitable for outdoor use
• Easy application thanks to the liquid-plastic consistency

How to use:
Mix with water until a homogeneous mixture is achieved, which is applied evenly on a cleaned substrate. The tiles must be laid within the open time of the adhesive, pressing firmly for good adhesion.
