In the period 01 May-15 July 2018:

• Buy Henkel products with a minimum receipt or invoice value of BGN 30 including VAT, paid in cash, gift voucher or bank card under the brands Ceresit, Moment, Loctite, Pattex, Metylan, Tangit from "Masterhouse" retail outlets.
• Fill out a participation coupon (the fields on the promotion leaflet), making sure to enter the number of your issued fiscal receipt.
• The completed leave coupons in the special boxes for the promotion, located in the sales outlets of "Masterhouse".
• Only cards with ALL fields filled in participate in the promotion.
• All correctly filled coupons participate in the drawing of 4 mopeds Peugeot KISBEE. One participant can win only 1 (one) moped.
• The prizes are drawn once by an independent jury on 20.07.2018 on a non-refundable basis, after which the winning participants will be notified by phone. One winner will be drawn for each retail outlet of the "Masterhouse" chain.
• Prizes will be awarded between 23.07.2018 and 10.08.2018 in the respective retail outlet from which the purchase was made, only upon presentation of the fiscal bill for the purchase.
• A participant who has not claimed his prize by 24.08.2018 loses the right to receive the prize and the Organizer has the right to distribute the unclaimed prizes among the reserve winners.

Each completed purchase in stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in the city Burgas, town of Primorsko, village of Ravda, town of Aytos and meeting the conditions below can participate to win the prizes described below.

PART 4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

4.1. The promotion starts at 08:00. on May 1, 2018 and ends at 19:00 on July 15, 2018. including.

PART 5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

5.1. The promotion is valid for all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and live in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

7.2. Participation in the promotion takes place after filling out a participation coupon (the fields on the promotion flyer).

Each customer who makes a purchase of a value above the above from the MASTERHAUS chain of stores receives coupons to participate in the raffle. The purchase value must be achieved in one single visit and one purchase.

Each customer receives a corresponding number of coupons corresponding to the amount spent on Ceresit, Moment, Loctite, Pattex, Metylan, Tangit brand products in the store , multiples of the participation threshold, but no more than 5 pcs. participations in one purchase.

A participant can participate an unlimited number of times in each MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket, but cannot win more than one prize.

7.3. Prizes may be claimed until 10/08/2018 at the relevant Masterhouse outlet from which the purchase was made.

The winner may receive the Prize ONLY after all administrative matters related to the transfer of ownership and possession of the her. The prizes will be drawn in the Hypermarket "Masterhouse" in Burgas by an independent jury in the presence of a notary on 20.07.2018. at 18.00 on a no-return basis, after which winning entrants will be notified by phone. For each of the four sites of Masterhouse Burgas, Aytos, Primorsko, Ravda, 1 (one) winner will be drawn. runners-up.

The Organizer will attempt to notify the winning entrants by a single telephone call to the telephone number specified in the coupons, and the Organizer has no obligation and/or responsibility to notify the winning entrants by this method of the prize won.

The organizer of the promotion is not responsible for non-received/undelivered prizes in case of incorrect information submitted by a participant about participation in the game.

THE ORGANIZER is not responsible for incorrectly written, changed or illegible data.

8.4. The prize can only be received in person by the participant upon presentation of an identity document or by a duly authorized person.

The ORGANIZER does not cover the travel and accommodation expenses necessary in connection with receiving the Prize.

The prizes are drawn once by an independent jury on 10.09.2018. on a no-return basis, after which winning entrants will be notified by phone. One winner will be drawn for each shop in the "Masterhouse" chain.

The prize distribution will take place between 12.09.2018. and 17.09.2018. in the relevant commercial outlet from which the purchase was made, only upon presentation of the fiscal receipt for the purchase.

A participant who has not claimed his prize by 01.10.2018 loses the right to receive the prize and the Organizer has the right to distribute the unclaimed prizes among the reserve winners.
