1. RAFFLE ORGANIZER

1.1. THE RAFFLE Celebrating 25 years of "Boshnakov" EOOD is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", EIK No. 102082965, for brevity below called ORGANIZER OF THE RAFFLE.

2. TERRITORY OF THE PROMOTION AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The promotion with a RAFFLE is organized and held simultaneously on the territory of all MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets in the city. Burgas, village Ravda, town Primorsko and town Aytos, property of BOSHNAKOV EOOD.

2.2. The promotion applies ONLY to customers who PURCHASED GOODS and SERVICES in/from the physical stores of the MASTERHAUS chain, during the promotion period. www.masterhaus.bg, operated by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, do not participate in the raffle. Every completed purchase in stores (masterhaus building hypermarkets) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in the city Burgas, city Primorsko, village Ravda, town Aytos and meeting the conditions below can participate to win the prizes described below.

2.3. Participant filled out coupon(s) in construction hypermarket MASTERHAUS c. Burgas, respectively in the construction hypermarket MASTERHAUS with Ravda, in the construction hypermarket MASTERHAUS, town Primorsko and/or in the construction hypermarket MASTERHAUS c. Aytos, during the promotion period, participates ONLY and ONLY in the drawing of the prize in the building hypermarket MASTERHAUS c. Burgas. A participant can participate an unlimited number of times in each MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket, but cannot win more than one prize.

2.4. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs. The condition is that their total value is not less than BGN 50 (fifty). including VAT.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. Raffle participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions and rules of the raffle described below, called the Official Raffle Rules.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg, on www.facebook.com/masterhaus for the entire promotion period, and will be placed in a prominent place in the respective shops.

3.3. The organizer of the raffle reserves the right to change or add to the official rules of the raffle, and the changes come into force after their preliminary publication on the official website of the company www.masterhaus.bg.

3.4. By participating in the raffle, participants are bound by the Official Rules described above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Raffle, and by taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he has read and understood them is and accepts them unconditionally.

3.5. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his personal data. 5. PROMOTIONAL BRANDS AND PACKAGING

5.1. The promotion includes all brands of products that are sold on the territory of physical stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) in the city of Burgas, city Primorsko, village Ravda and town Aytos, property of BOSHNAKOV EOOD.

5.2. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs. The condition is that the total value of paid and fulfilled order is not less than BGN 50 (fifty). including VAT.

5.3. Conditions for participation are that the purchased products have been paid for and have not been returned.
In the case of a product not in accordance with the sales contract that could not be repaired, the persons should have wished to be provided with a new product. , and not to be refunded the amount paid for him.

6. PROMOTION MECHANISM

6.1. Participants must purchase any number and/or combination of products that are sold on the territory of physical stores (MASTERHAUS building hypermarkets) in Burgas, city Primorsko, village Ravda and town Aytos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, worth no less than BGN 50. with VAT included. A participant can participate an unlimited number of times in any MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket.

6.2. Every customer who makes a purchase of a value above the above at the cash registers of a commercial outlet of the MASTERHAUS chain of stores receives a coupon for participation in the raffle. The value of the purchase must be achieved in one single visit and in one purchase.

6.3. In order to be accepted as a valid participation in the raffle, it is necessary to correctly and completely fill in the mandatory fields on the back of the Participation Ticket.

6.4. Each customer is entitled to receive a corresponding number of Participation Vouchers corresponding to the amount spent in the store, multiples of the participation threshold, but not more than 20 pcs. vouchers in one purchase. Example: Over BGN 50 = 1 coupon; over BGN 100 = 2 coupons, etc.)

6.5. When filling out the Participation Voucher, the following information is required: three names of the sender; date and year of birth, email address (if any); contact telephone number, sale/invoice No. (receipt number of the purchase made or transaction number).

Vouchers for shopping in the physical stores owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD and subject prizes, the same are described in item 8 of these terms and conditions.

6.11. Information about the promotion will be distributed through radio and print advertising, the Internet, posters and POS materials in the store and at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS.

6.12. All participants are unconditionally and irrevocably bound by the Official Rules published on www.masterhaus.bg, the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS and on the INFORMATION section of the relevant construction hypermarket.

7. PRIZE RECEIVING PROCEDURE

7.1. Prize winners will be able to receive it at the Information sector in the MASTERHAUS commercial outlet, Burgas, no later than 15 days after their official withdrawal and announcement, and at the earliest on the day following the day of the draw. In case of refusal to receive the Award, the right to receive it is extinguished.

7.2. The winners will be announced with lists that can be found in the Information section of the store, as well as on www.masterhaus.bg and the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS.

7.3. The winning participants will be drawn randomly, and in addition to the winners, their runners-up will also be announced. The Promoter will attempt to notify the winning entrants by a single telephone call to the telephone number specified in the coupons, and the Promoter has no obligation and/or responsibility to notify the winning entrants by this method of the prize won. The award must be received by the date specified in art. 7.1. deadline.

An already withdrawn participant will not participate in the next prize draw.

7.4. If the winner does not claim or receive his prize by the deadline specified in Art. 7.1. of the rules, the same will be awarded to the next drawn runner-up. This rule applies once. Receipt of the Prize by the runner-up must take place within a new period under Art. 7.1. The winner will be contacted by phone on the day of the draw by an employee of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD to agree on the necessary data for using the awarded prize. In the event that by the end date under Art. 7.1. if all administrative issues are not settled by the rules, the right to receive the Prize is extinguished.
The Organizer has no obligation to store the prizes for an unlimited period.

7.5. The prize is collected personally by the Winner/runner-up. The winner will receive his prize by signing a receipt - transfer protocol.
Granting (transferring) the right to receive the prize to third parties is not permitted. The organizer will require the participant to confirm his identity by providing the relevant documents. In case of refusal to confirm his identity and/or missing receipt, the winner loses his right to the prize.

7.6. The ORGANIZER does not bear the travel and accommodation expenses necessary in connection with receiving the Prize.

7.7. "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is not responsible for incorrectly written or illegible data.

9. OTHERS

9.1. 11. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

Entrants can increase their chances of winning by entering more than once. 12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

12.1. The organizer undertakes to comply with the current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the promotion. The company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is registered in the "Register of personal data administrators and the registers kept by them" with identification number 136124 at the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data. The organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the promotion and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.

12.2. The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered in the Coupons ("personal data"). The organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Raffle, as well as for administrative purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services for the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market research or attitudes and opinions. The Promoter may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a product recall, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, phone calls, etc. in order to ensure the security of its customers.

13. NO REDEMPTION

Exchanging prizes for others or their cash equivalent is not allowed.

14. FEES

The Promoter is not responsible for any fees, taxes or fines that may arise in connection with the prize.

15. ANNOUNCEMENT

The names of the winners will be published on the official website of MASTERHAUS at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS and the Department of Trade Information site in Burgas, within the terms of Art. 7.1. of the rules.
Participation in the promotion certifies the consent of the winners to have their names, residence and photos made public.

16. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion may be terminated unilaterally by the Promoter at any time, without prior notice to the participants, if it incurs material losses, technical or legal reasons, violations of the rules or force majeure, including the Organizer's inability to the promotion for reasons independent of his will to continue the current promotion. Vouchers will not be returned to participants and no compensation will be given in any form or value.

17. LEGAL DISPUTE

Any potential legal dispute between the Promotion Organizer and the participants in this promotion will be settled out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.
