General terms and conditions of the "SPRING OFFERS" campaign 2025

The sale of products from the "SPRING OFFERS" campaign will be carried out only and ONLY in accordance with the terms and conditions described below.

1. Organizer

The "SPRING OFFERS" campaign (in short, the "Campaign"), organized by the company "Boshnakov" EOOD with its registered office and management address - Burgas, Northern Industrial Zone 8000 and UIC: 102082965, is valid from 07:00 on 31.03.2025 until 23:59 on 06.04.2025. (inclusive).

2. Territory and period of the Campaign

The Campaign is held in MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets - Burgas, Nessebar, Primorsko, Aytos and Kazanlak, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. As well as in the company's online store - www.masterhaus.bg.

3. Official rules

3.1. Participants in the Campaign are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions and the rules of the Campaign described below.

3.2. The official rules will be posted in the "Information" section in the respective stores for the entire period of the Campaign.

3.3. The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules at any time.

3.4. By participating in the Campaign, participants are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, and by performing any action for participation, each participant confirms that he has read them, understood them and unconditionally accepts them.

3.5. The products, part of the Campaign, are in limited quantity and their sale is carried out in the period of the campaign and until the available quantities are exhausted. "Boshnakov" EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already exhausted products.

3.6. All offers are for available goods and do not apply to goods on order.

3.7. The products offered with the campaign cannot be combined with other discounts.

3.8. You will receive delivery terms in the "Information" section

3.9. The "Loyal Customer" card cannot be used in the specified campaign.

3.10. The specified discount does NOT apply to goods purchased on credit

3.11. The selection of products, part of the campaign, may differ in each individual physical location of the chain, including from the products and discounts listed in the MASTERHAUS e-store.

4. Others

4.1. "Boshnakov" EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change, expand or permanently discontinue, at any time, the range of Products in the Campaign, as well as to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign by announcing this on www.masterhaus.bg.
