General terms and conditions of the Black Peter campaign 2020 at Masterhaus Online

1. The sale of the products of the Black Peter campaign is conducted according to the conditions described below and deadlines.
2. The "Black Peter" campaign ("the Campaign"), organized by the company "Boshnakov" EOOD with headquarters and management address - Burgas, Northern Industrial Zone 8000 and EIK: 102082965, is valid from 20.11.2020. until 11:59 p.m. on 22.11.2020 or until stocks run out.
3. The campaign takes place on the electronic platform for sales of goods - www.masterhaus.bg and includes selected products from various categories.
4. The products are of limited quantity and their sale is carried out until the available quantities are exhausted during The campaign. "Boshnakov" EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already exhausted products that are part of the Campaign or uploaded to the platform.
5. The products that are part of the campaign are marked on www.masterhaus.bg with the inscription Black Peter in white font on black background.
6. In the period from 07:00. on 20.11 until 23:59 on 22.11 discount code: CHP13 will be active, giving 13% discount on available out-of-stock products, not combinable with other discounts or vouchers.
   Code is not applicable to Promotion, Sale, Always Low Price, Custom and Black Peter campaign products.
   Discount code CHP13 does not apply to shipping price.
7. Orders containing an applied discount promo code must be successfully submitted before the code expires at 11:59 p.m. on 22.11. The latter also applies to orders containing available products marked Black Peter.
8. Adding products to the shopping cart and/or marking them as "favorites" does NOT constitute their reservation and "Boshnakov" EOOD does not guarantee their availability and the stated price until the purchase procedure is completed. The latter are considered booked after sending an email with confirmation of a completed order and receiving it from the customer at the email specified when placing the order. " and "express delivery" are NOT applicable.
9. Standard delivery times posted on the site are indicative and do not apply during the Black Peter campaign period. A deviation of up to 7 additional working days from the estimated delivery time is possible. Orders with the "Collect from store" delivery method can also be delivered to the selected site with up to 3 additional working days. of the "Black Peter" Campaign, unless otherwise provided herein regulations.
10. Differences are possible in the selection of products and discounts part of the Black Peter campaign placed in the Masterhaus electronic store and those in the physical objects of the chain.
