From April 1, 2016, you have the opportunity to participate in the new raffle organized by Masterhaus construction hypermarkets and BOSCH Life equipment, which gives you the opportunity to win brand new BATTERY SCREWDRIVER BOSCH IXO V.

The raffle lasts for 1 month and all customers of Masterhaus stores in the city will be able to participate in it. Burgas, city Primorsko, town Nessebar and town Aytos who purchased a BOSCH power tool product between 1st and 30th April 2016.

1. RAFFLE ORGANIZER

1.1. THE "Masterhaus and BOSCH Life Techniques" RAFFLE

is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", with EIK No. 102082965, for brevity below called the raffle ORGANIZER, for brevity below called the ORGANIZER OF THE RAFFLE.

2. TERRITORY OF THE PROMOTION AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The promotion is organized and held ONLY and ONLY for customers of physical stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) in Burgas, Primorsko, Nessebar and Aytos. Customers of the ONLINE (virtual) platform for sales of goods www.masterhaus.bg operated by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD do not participate. Each completed purchase in stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria in the city Burgas, city Primorsko, town Nessebar and town Aytos meeting the conditions below can participate to win the prizes described below.

2.2. Only BOSCH power tools products, which are sold on the territory of physical stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) in the city, participate in the promotion. Burgas, city Primorsko, town Nessebar and town Aytos, property of BOSHNAKOV EOOD

2.3. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. Raffle participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions and rules of the raffle described below, called Official Raffle Rules.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg and on www.facebook.com/masterhaus for the entire period of the raffle, as well as will be placed in a prominent place in the relevant stores.[12369874551 ]

3.3. The organizer of the raffle reserves the right to change or add to the official rules of the raffle, the changes coming into force after their prior publication on the official website of the company www.masterhaus.bg

3.4. By participating in the raffle, participants are bound by the Official Rules described above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Raffle, and by taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that they have read and understood them is and accepts them unconditionally.

3.5. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his personal data. 4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion starts at 08.00. on 04/01/2016 and ends at 8:00 p.m. on 04/30/2016

5. PROMOTIONAL BRANDS AND PACKAGING

5.1. The promotion includes only products - power tools of the BOSCH brand, which are sold on the territory of physical stores (masterhaus hypermarkets) in the city of Burgas, city Primorsko, town Nessebar and town Aytos, property of BOSHNAKOV EOOD.

5.2. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs.

5.3. Conditions for participation are that the purchased products have been paid for and not returned within the 15-day period. In the case of goods not conforming to the contract of sale, which could not be repaired, the persons should have wished to be provided with a new product and not to be refunded the amount paid for it.

6.1. Participants must purchase any number of products - power tools of the BOSCH brand with a total value of BGN 79, which are sold on the territory of the physical stores (MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets) in the city of Burgas, city Primorsko, town Nessebar and town Aytos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. A participant can participate an unlimited number of times in any construction hypermarket MASTERHAUS

6.2. Each customer who makes a purchase "receives a coupon for participation from the cash registers of the relevant store (masterhaus construction hypermarkets) in Burgas, Primorsko, Nesebar and Aytos, owned by BOSHNAKOV EOOD.

6.3 In order to be accepted as a valid participation in the raffle, it is necessary to fill out correctly and completely the mandatory fields on the back of the Coupon.

6.4 Coupons that do not contain the above data or are incorrect or illegible are considered invalid and do not participate in the raffle, c in the event that a Participant has provided misspelled, false, invalid, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible data.

6.5. During the promotion period, four draws will be carried out, and the opening of the sealed ballot boxes and the draws will be carried out in the building hypermarket "MASTERHAUS" in the city of Burgas on 03.05.2016, at 10 a.m. the presence of notary.

6.8. All participants are unconditionally and irrevocably bound by the Official Rules published on www.masterhaus.bg, the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS and on the INFORMATION section of the relevant construction hypermarket.

10. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The promotion is open for participation to all Bulgarian citizens of legal age - individuals, sole traders or companies through their manager/representative), individuals who have a permanent residence in the Republic of Bulgaria, foreign legal entities with a branch in the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of "BOSHNAKOV" employees Ltd. and associated with this promotion, as well as their immediate family members.

Participants may increase their chances of winning by entering more than once.

NONE OF THE PRIZES MAY TO BE REPLACED FOR ITS CASH EQUIVALENT.

7. PRIZE RECEIVING PROCEDURE

7.1. Prize winners will be able to receive it at the Information section of the MASTERHAUS store in Burgas, no later than 15 days after their official withdrawal and announcement, and at the latest -early on the day following the day of the draw. In case of refusal to receive the Award, the right to receive it is extinguished.

7.2. The winners will be announced with lists that can be found in the Information section of the MASTERHAUS store in Burgas, city Primorsko, town Nessebar and town Aytos, as well as on www.masterhaus.bg and the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS. Winning entrants will be drawn at random. The Organizer will make an attempt to notify the winning participants by a telephone call to the phone number indicated by the participant on the back of the receipt, and the Organizer has no obligation and/or responsibility to notify the winning participants by this method of the prize won. The award must be received by the deadline specified in art. 7.1. deadline. In the event that all administrative issues are not resolved by this date and/or the contract for the transfer of ownership and handing over possession of the Prize is not signed, the right to receive the Prize shall be extinguished.

7.3. If the winner does not claim or receive his prize by the deadline specified in Art. 7.1. of the rules, the same will be awarded to the next drawn runner-up. This rule applies once. Receipt of the Prize by the runner-up must take place within a new period under Art. 7.1. In the event that by the end date under Art. 7.1. from the rules, all administrative issues are not settled and/or the contract for transfer of ownership and handing over possession of the Prize is not signed, the right to receive the Prize is extinguished.

7.4. Unclaimed prizes in the relevant hypermarket until the deadline under Art. 7.1. from the rules, are returned to "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. The organizer has no obligation to store the prizes for an unlimited period.

7.5. The winner can receive the Prize ONLY after presentation of an original receipt and settlement of all administrative matters related to the transfer of ownership and transfer of possession. The administrative costs of transferring the Prize will be borne by the Winner. The ORGANIZER will not bear taxes, fees and premiums related to any insurances (including comprehensive and civil liability), in case such are required by the current Bulgarian legislation and/or requested by the Winner. If he refuses and/or does not pay them, the ORGANIZER has the right to award the prize to the runner-up.

7.6. The prize is collected personally by the Winner/runner-up. The ORGANIZER does not bear the travel and accommodation expenses necessary in connection with receiving the Award.

8. OTHERS

8.1. By taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) for the Organizer and the persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for the commercial your goals, incl. and publicly his name and photographs and images, voice and/or likeness for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including but not limited to announcing his status as a Winner) without additional compensation in any media now known or to be made available in the future, worldwide, including on the Internet, without time limit and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, as well as in the presentation of the award for advertising and information events, without being owes any additional or other payment and/or compensation indefinitely.

8.2. 8.3. 9. RESPONSIBILITY

9.1. The organizer of the promotion - "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD does not undertake to correspond with persons whose names have not been drawn.

9.2. The raffle organizer will not be made a party to disputes over the ownership of prizes from the promotion.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The organizer undertakes to comply with current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the promotion. The company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is registered in the "Register of personal data administrators and the registers kept by them" with identification number 136124 at the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data. The Organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the promotion and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.

The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered in the Coupons (" personal data"). The organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Raffle, as well as for administrative purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services for the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market research or attitudes and opinions. The Promoter may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a product recall, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, phone calls, etc. in order to ensure the security of its customers.

11. NO REDEMPTION

Exchanging prizes for others or their cash equivalent is not allowed.

12. FEES

The Promoter is not responsible for any fees, taxes or fines that may arise in connection with the prize.

13. ANNOUNCEMENT

The names of the winners will be published on the official website of MASTERHAUS at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS and the Information Department of the relevant MASTERHAUS outlet within the terms of Art. 7.1. of the rules.

14. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion may be terminated unilaterally by the Promoter at any time, without notice to the participants, if material losses occur, technical or legal reasons, violations of the rules or force majeure occur. including the Organizer's inability to the promotion for reasons independent of his will to continue the current promotion. Vouchers will not be returned to participants and no compensation will be given in any form or value.

15. LEGAL DISPUTE

Any potential legal dispute between the Promotion Organizer and the participants in this promotion will be resolved out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court Court.
