General conditions of the "Black Peter" campaign 2019

General terms and conditions of the 2019 "Black Peter" campaign in Masterhaus Online

The sale of the "Black Peter" campaign products will be conducted ONLY and ONLY according to the conditions described below and terms.

1. The "Black Peter" campaign ("the Campaign"), organized by the company "Boshnakov" EOOD with headquarters and address of management - city Burgas, Severna Industrial Zone 8000 and EIK: BG 102082965 , is valid from 29.11.2019. until 01.12.2019 (including) categories.
2. The products part of the Campaign have a limited quantity and are sold during the campaign period until the available quantities are exhausted. "Boshnakov" EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already sold out products.
3. The products, part of the campaign, are marked at www.masterhaus.bg with black lettering Black Peter on a yellow background and with a special icon in black color, with a red bar visualized on top right corner of the product image and including the percentage of the corresponding discount. The offered discounts for products and groups of goods are valid for items that are not included in other promotions or promotions with a different time period than the current campaign period 11/29/2019-12/01/2019, without the possibility of being combined with other discounts .
4. Adding products to the shopping cart and/or tagging them as "favorites" does NOT represent their reservation and "Boshnakov" EOOD does not guarantee their availability and the indicated price until the purchase procedure is completed. The latter are considered to be booked after sending a confirmation email of a completed order and receiving it from the customer.
5. During the Campaign, the "free shipping" service is NOT applicable.
6. Standard delivery times , placed on the site, are indicative and not valid during the period of the "Black Peter" campaign. A deviation of up to 5 additional working days from the estimated delivery time is possible, for which customers will be informed via the email and/or phone number entered when placing the order.
7. All clauses of the general conditions of use the platform www.masterhaus.bg will also be applicable during the "Black Peter" Campaign, insofar as nothing else is provided for in these regulations.
8. "Boshnakov" EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change , expand or discontinue permanently, at any time, the range of Products in The Campaign, as well as to change the terms and duration of the Campaign by announcing this at www.masterhaus.bg
9. Any potential legal dispute between the Campaign Organizer and the customers will be resolved out of court or in case, that this is not possible - from the relevant criminal case Burgas Regional or Burgas District Court
