General terms and conditions of the 2018 "Black Peter" campaign

at Masterhaus Online

The sale of products from the "Black Peter" campaign will be conducted ONLY and ONLY according to the terms and conditions described below.

  1. The "Black Peter" campaign (the "Campaign") organized by the company "Boshnakov" EOOD, is valid from 23.11.2018. until 25.11.2018 (including) categories.
  2. The products part of the Campaign have a limited quantity and are sold during the campaign period until the available quantities are exhausted. "Boshnakov" EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already sold out products. red bar displayed on the top right corner of the product image and including the percentage of the corresponding reduction. The discounts offered for products and groups of goods are valid for items that are not included in other promotions or promotions with a different time period than the current campaign period from 23.11.2018. until 11/25/2018, cannot be combined with other discounts.
  3. Adding products to the shopping cart and/or marking them as "favorites" does NOT constitute a reservation. The latter are considered booked after sending an email confirming a completed order to the customer.
  4. During the Campaign, the "free shipping" service is NOT applicable.
  5. It is possible to deviate from the standard deadlines for delivery, about which customers will be informed by email and/or phone number entered when placing the order.
  6. All clauses of the general conditions for use of the platform www.masterhaus.bg will also be applicable during the "Black Peter" Campaign , unless otherwise provided herein regulations.
  7. "Boshnakov" EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change, expand or suspend permanently, at any time, the assortment of Products in the Campaign, as well as to change the terms and duration of the Campaign by announcing this to www.masterhaus.bg it is possible - from the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.
