With this one, we wish to help all families of high school graduates to carry out the desired home renovation with the help of 3 coupons with 10% discount and to welcome their loved ones on the holiday with peace of mind friends.

General conditions of the campaign "Proud parents of graduates!"

1. Organizer

The campaign is organized by "Boshnakov" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", EIK No. 102082965, for brevity below called ORGANIZER.

2. Territory of the Campaign

The "Proud Parents of High School Graduates" campaign, for short the Campaign, is held SEPARATELY on the territory of each MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in Burgas, Ravda, Primorsko and .Aitos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD.
The construction exchange adjacent to each site does not participate in the campaign.

3. Official Rules

3.1. Participants in the Campaign are obliged to comply with the conditions and rules of the Campaign described below.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg for the entire period of the Campaign, and will also be placed and on the "Information" section in the respective shops.

3.3. The Campaign organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules.

3.4. By participating in the Campaign, participants are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, and by taking any action to participate, each participant confirms that he has read and understood them and accepts them unconditionally.

3.5. By taking any action to participate in the Campaign, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his personal data. Refusal to provide the necessary data leads to the impossibility of successfully completing the registration in the Campaign and, accordingly, to the provision of promotional discount coupons.

4. Campaign Duration

The campaign starts at 08:00. on 01.03.2017 and ends on 31.05.2017
The end time of the Campaign varies depending on the working hours of each of the retail outlets of the chain on the indicated date - 31.05.2017

5. Get Coupons "Proud Parents of High School Graduates!"

The campaign is open for participation by individuals ONLY.
Registration is made in the name of a high school senior OR one of his parents.
More than one registration is not allowed.
Those wishing to participate in the Campaign should register at the "Information" section of the store where they intend to use the promotional coupons.
In the event that the registration is made in the name of a parent - it is carried out after presentation of the parent's identity document, as well as a notebook or student card certifying that a person with the same last name is in the 12th grade in the 2016/2017 school year.

Registration of the name of a high school senior is carried out in the same order - after presenting an identity document and a notebook or student card certifying that the person is in the 12th grade class during the academic year 2016/2017 year.

After providing the necessary data and documents and their entry, an employee of "Boshnakov" EOOD provides three numbered coupons for a 10 percent discount.

Discount coupons will be issued and can to be used until the end of the Campaign 05/31/2017

6. Coupon Terms and Conditions

Discount coupons are personal and non-transferable. The latter are valid and applicable only in the store where the user is registered.

"BOSHNAKOV" EOOD reserves the right to require an identity document at the time of purchase for the purpose of identification.

After applying the Coupon for discount, the latter should be left with the "Cashier" service employee at the relevant commercial outlet.

The organizer accepts only original coupons, they must not be scanned or photocopied.

7. General conditions

Each promotional coupon entitles its holder to a 10 percent discount at the Organizer's location.

The discount from a promotional coupon cannot be combined with other coupons, with a card for discount- "Loyal Customer" and/or to accumulate.

Each one of the three coupons is for a one-time discount. Discount does not apply to promotion, top price or sale products.

Coupons cannot be applied when shopping on the (virtual) merchandise sales platform www.masterhaus.bg, operated by BOSHNAKOV EOOD. The coupon is valid until the end of the Campaign, after the expiration of this period, the coupon becomes invalid.
"Boshnakov" EOOD is NOT responsible for non-use of the coupon, for lost and stolen coupons.

In case of return of a product, for the purchase of which a promotional coupon was used, is refunded the amount paid including the discount.

8. Termination of the campaign

This promotion may be terminated unilaterally by the Promoter at any time, without notice to the participants, if it incurs material losses, technical or legal reasons, violations of the rules or force majeure. including the inability of the Promotion Organizer for reasons, independent of his will to continue the current promotion. Participants will not be compensated in any form or value.

9. Protection of personal information

The organizer undertakes to comply with current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the campaign. The company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is registered in the "Register of personal data administrators and the registers kept by them" with identification number 136124 at the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data. The Organizer also undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the promotion and to use it in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the current legislation.

The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered in the Coupons (" personal data"). The Organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Campaign, as well as for administrative purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services for the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market research or attitudes and opinions. The Promoter may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a product recall, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, phone calls, etc. in order to ensure the security of its customers.

10. Legal dispute

Any potential legal dispute between the Organizer of the campaign and its participants will be "settled out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.[ 123698745115]
