Dear customers and friends,

The Masterhaus construction hypermarket chain is organizing a pre-holiday event for all residents and guests of the city of Burgas.

On the occasion, interesting classes, numerous gifts and a themed raffle game are planned - "Leave yours Easter wish".

All those who wish to attend the event are expected on April 28, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Clock in front of the Burgas Municipality, where an Easter MASTER CLASS for children will be held - crafting of Easter decoration and egg painting with water-based eco-friendly clean paints on COLORLAK.

We will paint together the largest egg in the region with a size of 150 x 100 cm, and everyone who leaves their message on the egg will have the opportunity to participate in the raffle with a prize to win a picnic blanket and a picnic basket.

The raffle has a duration of from 13:00 to 16:00 and will be open to all visitors who have left their message on our impressive egg.

OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES & TERMS with RAFFLE

"Leave your Easter wish and join the the raffle"

1. GAME ORGANIZER

1.1. The "Leave Your Easter Wish" game is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", with EIK No. 102082965, for brevity below called the GAME ORGANIZER.

1.2 The official rules of the Game are make public and will be available for the entire period of the Game on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus, as well as at the Internet address www.masterhaus.bg ("Official rules").

1.3 The organizer reserves the right to supplement and change the Official Rules, and the changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus as well as at the Internet address www.masterhaus.bg.

2. TERRITORY OF THE GAME AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The game is organized and held only for the territory of R. Bulgaria.

2.2. The game is held in a chain of construction hypermarkets owned by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, or by holding a pre-announced, free event outside the retail outlets.

2.3. The Game is open for participation to all Bulgarian citizens of legal age - natural persons who have a permanent residence in the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of the employees of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD and related to this Game, as well as direct members of their families.

Persons who have not reached 18 (eighteen) years of age, incapacitated persons or persons with limited legal capacity, who took part in the event organized by BOSHNAKOV EOOD in the period from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on 28/04/2016 together with their legal representatives: (parents, relatives, guardians, guardians) have the right to participate in the Game through the latter.

2.5. In case the winning participant is under 18 years of age on the day of winning the prize, it can only be received by a parent or other legal representative.

2.6. Participation in the Game does not require the purchase of any product from the Promoter.

THE PRIZE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR MONEY. EQUALITY.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. Game participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the game described below, called Official Game Rules.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg and on www.facebook.com/masterhaus for the entire period of the game.

3.3. The organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules of the game, and the changes enter into force after their prior publication on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg and on the Facebook page www.faceboook.com/masterhaus.

3.4. By participating in the raffle, participants are bound by the Official Rules described above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Raffle, and by taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he has read and understood them is and accepts them unconditionally.

3.5. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his personal data. The refusal to provide the necessary data leads to the impossibility of successfully completing the registration in the Raffle.

4. GAME DURATION

4.1 The game starts on 04/28/2016. at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. on 28/04/2016
The game takes place within the framework of a free Easter event outside the commercial establishments, held according to the terms in item 4.1, at the address: Burgas, 8000, in front of "Chasovnikat" - on the corner of st. "Alexandrovska" and Blvd. "Bogorides".

5. GAME MECHANISM

5.1. The participants must write a message on a 150 x 100 cm egg placed for the purpose.

5.2. The content written by the participants should not contain obscene and indecent words, expressions, images, etc. The organizer reserves the right to approve the content written by the participants through its employees. The latter, on the part of the Organizer, has the right to delete any comment, wish, image, etc., which, at its discretion, violates the above requirements.

5.3. Each Participant who complies with the conditions described in items 5.1 and 5.2 will receive a coupon for participation from an employee of "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD.

5.4. In order to be accepted as a valid participation in the raffle, it is necessary to correctly and completely fill in the mandatory fields on the back of the Participation Coupon.

5.5. Coupons that do not contain the above information, or the same are incorrect or illegible are considered invalid and do not participate in the raffle. The organizer is not responsible if a participant has provided misspelled, incorrect, invalid, incomplete, inaccurate or illegible data.

5.6. During the promotion period, one drawing will be carried out, and the opening of the sealed urn and the drawing will be carried out in the construction hypermarket "MASTERHAUS" in Burgas on 05/03/2016, at 10 a.m. in the presence of a notary.

5.7. Information about the promotion can be distributed through radio and print advertising, the Internet, posters and POS materials in the store and at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS.

5.8. All participants are unconditionally and irrevocably bound by the Official Rules published on www.masterhaus.bg, the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS and at the venue of the free event.

6. PRIZE AND PRIZE DRAW.

6.1. The prize fund includes:

- 1 pc. picnic blanket+ 1 pc. picnic basket (hereinafter referred to as "Prize/s")

6.2. To receive the Prize, the winning participant must contact the Game Organizer within 10 (ten) working days by sending a personal message on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus with the following information: three names, address and phone number for link.

6.3. The winner should sign a handover protocol when receiving it.

6.6. In the event that a Prize is won by a Participant who is 14 years of age but under 18, the Organizer will provide the Prize to the winner only with express consent to accept the Prize from his or her parent or other legal representative.

7 . PRIZE RECEIVING PROCEDURE

7.1. The prize winner will be able to receive it at the Information section in the MASTERHAUS store, Burgas, no later than 15 days after the official draw and announcement, and at the earliest on the day following the day of the draw. In case of refusal to receive the Prize, the right to receive it is extinguished.

7.2. The winning person will be announced with a list that can be found in the Information section of the MASTERHAUS store in Burgas, as well as on www.masterhaus.bg and the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS. The winning entrant will be drawn at random. The Promoter will attempt to notify the winning Participant by a single telephone call to the telephone number specified by the Participant on the Coupon, and the Promoter has no obligation and/or responsibility to notify the winning Participant by this method of the prize won. The award must be received by the date indicated in art. 7.1. deadline. In the event that all administrative issues are not settled by this date and/or the contract for the transfer of ownership and handing over possession of the Award is not signed, the right to receive the Award is extinguished.

7.3. If the winner does not claim or receive his prize by the deadline specified in Art. 7.1. of the rules, the same will be awarded to the next drawn runner-up. This rule applies once. Receipt of the Prize by the runner-up must take place within a new period under Art. 7.1. In the event that by the end date under Art. 7.1. from the rules, all administrative issues are not settled, the right to receive the Prize is extinguished.

7.4. Unclaimed prizes in the relevant hypermarket until the deadline under Art. 7.1. from the rules, are returned to "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. The organizer has no obligation to store the prizes for an unlimited period.

8. OTHER

8.1 By participating in the Game, each participant in the Game is deemed to have been notified and familiarized with these Official Rules and agrees to its terms.

8.2. By taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) for the Organizer and the persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for the commercial your goals, incl. and publicly his name and photographs and images, voice and/or likeness for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including but not limited to announcing his status as a Winner) without additional compensation in any media now known or to be made available in the future, worldwide, including on the Internet, without time limit and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, as well as in the presentation of the prize for advertising and information events, without being owes any additional or other payment and/or compensation indefinitely.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. The organizer of the game - "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD does not undertake to correspond with persons whose names have not been drawn.

9.2. The organizer of the game will not be drawn as a party in disputes about the ownership of prizes, as well as disputes related to possible expenses incurred by the participants in connection with the game.

9.3. The Organizer is not responsible for situations in which it is not possible for some applicants to participate in the Game, when this impossibility is beyond the Organizer's control.

9.4. Actions aimed at increasing the probability of winning the Prize through the use of means and methods different and/or contrary to those provided for in these Official Rules are prohibited. Upon establishing the performance of actions that have the purpose and/or could lead to manipulation of the results when determining the winner, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the relevant participant and deprive him of the right to receive a Prize won as a result of such actions.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

10.1 The Organizer undertakes to comply with the applicable legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the game.

10.2 Company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is registered in the "Register of personal data administrators and the registers kept by them" with identification No. 136124 to the Commission for Personal Data Protection. The organizer also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal information of the game participants and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.

10.3. The Organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered in the Coupons ("personal data"). The organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Raffle, as well as for administrative purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services for the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market research or attitudes and opinions. The Promoter may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a product recall, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, phone calls, etc. in order to ensure the security of its customers.

11. NO REDEMPTION

Exchanging the prize for others or for its cash equivalent is not allowed.

12. FEES

The Promoter is not responsible for any fees related to participation in the game such as internet access fees and others.

13. ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners' names will be published on the official MASTERHAUS website at

www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS within the terms of Art. 7.1. of the rules.

14. AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO OFFICIAL GAME RULES

14.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend and supplement these Official Rules during The game. Any amendments and additions will be made only in writing and will take effect from the date indicated in them, but not earlier than their publication on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/masterhaus and at the Internet address www.masterhaus.bg

15. TERMINATION OF THE GAME

15.1 This game may be terminated unilaterally by the Organizer at any time, without notice to the participants, if it incurs material losses, technical or legal reasons, violations of the rules or force majeure. , including the Organizer's inability of the promotion for reasons independent of his will to continue the current promotion.

15.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend and supplement these Official Rules during the course of the Game. 16. LEGAL DISPUTE

Any potential legal dispute between the Promotion Organizer and the participants in this promotion will be resolved out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.
