Campaign "Buy bathroom tiles worth at least BGN 300 and get a 15% discount on the price of bathroom equipment"

1. Organizer

The campaign is organized by "Boshnakov" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: Burgas, SPZ c/c "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", EIK No. 102082965, for brevity below referred to as ORGANIZER and/or MERCHANT.

2. Territory and period of the Campaign

2.1. The campaign "Buy bathroom tiles worth at least BGN 300 and get a 15% discount on the price of bathroom equipment", for short the CAMPAIGN and/or the OFFER, is held SEPARATELY on the territory of each MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket in the city of Burgas, the village of Ravda, the town of Primorsko and the town of Aytos, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" Ltd.

The CAMPAIGN offer is not applicable to the MASTERHAUS online store.

2.2. The campaign lasts from 01.09.2020. until 30.09.2020, inclusive.

3. Official Rules

3.1. Participants in the Campaign are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Campaign described below.

3.2. The official rules will be placed on the "Information" section in the relevant stores for the entire period of the Campaign

3.3. The Organizer of the Campaign reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules at any time.

3.4. By participating in the Campaign, participants are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, and by taking any action to participate, each participant confirms that he has read and understood them and accepts them unconditionally.

3.5. By taking any action to participate in the Campaign, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his personal data.

3.6. The campaign applies to individuals and legal entities.

3.7. For the specified offer, customers are not entitled to use their LOYAL CLIENT card

When buying tiles (faience, terracotta and granite tiles) worth BGN 300 or more. with VAT, including those on a promo or special price, the customer receives a 15% discount on bathroom equipment. Applies to the following items: monobloc, toilet bowl, toilet seat, cistern, bathroom sink, shower system, bathroom cabinet, shower cabin, bathroom screen, sink mixer, shower mixer, bidet, mirror, bathroom accessories, fan or radiant bath stove, inspection hole. Discount is not applicable to promo or special price bathroom equipment.

3.9. TILES and BATHROOM EQUIPMENT must be MANDATORY purchased on one purchased document, from one physical store of MASTERHAUS construction hypermarkets.

3.10. The discount is calculated at checkout;

3.11. The specified offer also applies to granite tiles, faience and terracotta, which are at a promo or special price.

3.12. The offer is valid for the bathroom equipment specified in point 3.8, which is NOT on a promo or other special price.

3.13. In the event that the customer selects a custom item (participating in the campaign), the item is paid for at checkout, on one purchased document, together with the other items that participate in the campaign. The customer receives the item after its delivery.
