The "Buy - Fill - Win" promotion is organized and conducted by Henkel Bulgaria EOOD, hereinafter referred to as "PROMOTION ORGANIZER" for short.

PART 5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

5.1. The promotion is valid for all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and live in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

5.2. employees of Henkel Bulgaria, employees of the stores where the Promotion will take place , all service agencies, as well as their family members are not allowed to participate in the promotion.

5.3. In the event that the Organizer discovers or establishes an irregular participant in accordance with 5.1 and 5.2., he has the right to cancel the prize received by him or, at his discretion, not to allow him to participate in the prize draw.

  PART 7. MECHANISM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  7.1. To participate in the promotion, it is necessary to purchase products under the brands Ceresit, Moment, Loctite, Pattex, Metylan, Tangit from "Masterhouse" outlets.

  7.2. Participation in the promotion takes place after filling in a participation coupon (the fields on the promotion leaflet)

  7.3. Prizes can be received until 17.11.2017 at the relevant Masterhouse outlet from which the purchase was made.

  PART 8. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION, VALIDATION AND RECEIPT OF THE AWARDS

  8.1. The prizes will be drawn by an independent jury on 06.11.2017. on a "no return" basis, after which the winning participants will be notified by phone and e-mail.

  8.2. Prizes are personal and non-assignable or exchangeable. The type of prize is described in detail in point 6.

  8.3. The prizes will be received according to the order described in point 7.3 or in another additional agreed way against signing a transfer protocol. The organizer of the promotion is not responsible for non-received/undelivered prizes in case of inaccurate information submitted by a participant about participating in the game

  8.4. The prize can only be claimed in person by the entrant upon presentation of identification or by a duly authorized person.

  Unclaimed prizes due to inability to contact announced winners due to wrong, inaccurate or incomplete address are distributed among alternate winning.

  PART 9 . NO MONEY EQUIVALENT

  PART 11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  The Promotion Organizer is registered as a data controller and undertakes the obligation, according to the rules of the Personal Data Protection Act, to collect and process the personal data provided by the participants in the Promotion, only on the occasion of and in connection with the Promotion. By registering their participation in the promotion, the winner will be deemed to give their express consent that their personal data and image may be used for purposes related to the promotion.
