General terms and conditions of the Black Peter 2024 campaign at Masterhaus Online

The sale of products from the BLACK PETER campaign is conducted according to the terms and conditions described below.

1. The BLACK PETER campaign ("the Campaign") organized by the company BOSHNAKOV EOOD with headquarters and management address - town Burgas, Severna Promishlena Zona 8000 and EIK: 102082965, is valid from 08:00 a.m. on 07.11.2023 until 11:59 p.m. on 11/13/2024 or while supplies last. The organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the campaign by publishing an informative message on the website.
2. The campaign is conducted on the electronic platform for sales of goods - www.masterhaus.bg and includes selected products from various categories.
3. Products are of limited quantity and will be sold while stocks last during the Campaign. BOSHNAKOV EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already exhausted products that are part of the Campaign or uploaded to the electronic store.
4. The products that are part of the campaign are marked on www.masterhaus.bg with the inscription BLACK PETER in white font on black background.
5. Adding products to the shopping cart and/or marking them as "favorites" does NOT constitute their reservation and BOSHNAKOV EOOD does not guarantee their availability and the indicated price until the completion of the purchase.
6. Ordering products from the BLACK PETER campaign in itself does not act as confirmation of availability. The order will be considered confirmed only when a confirmation notification email containing a waybill number has been received.
7. The standard delivery times posted on the site are indicative and do not apply during the BLACK PETER campaign period. A deviation of up to 8 additional working days from the estimated delivery time is possible. Orders with the "Collect from store" delivery method can also be delivered to the selected site with up to 3 additional working days. of the BLACK PETER Campaign, unless otherwise provided in these regulations.
8. The campaign also takes place in physical stores. There are possible differences in the selection of products and discounts, part of the BLACK PETER campaign, placed in the MASTERHAUS e-store and those in the physical objects of the chain.
9. Technical errors or temporary malfunctions in the functioning of the site are possible. If there are any, the Organizer will do everything possible to remove them as quickly as possible.
10. BOSHNAKOV EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change, expand or permanently suspend, at any time, the assortment of Products in the Campaign, however to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign by announcing this at www.masterhaus.bg
