First sod of a new MASTERHAUS hypermarket in the city of Kazanlak

The chain of construction hypermarkets MASTERHAUS will be proud of its fifth store. After the locations in Burgas, Nessebar, Primorsko and Aytos, the chain will open a large retail outlet outside the Burgas region. The honor goes to Kazanlak, and on December 10, a groundbreaking ceremony for the new hypermarket took place there. It was made by the investors - the Boshnakovi family, owners of the MASTERHAUS chain. Completion of construction is planned for the end of June 2022. The investment is in the amount of 7.5 million. BGN and is the largest in the city of roses for 2021 - the year in which the family company "Boshnakov" EOOD celebrates its 30th anniversary.
"Kazanlak is an international center of industry and tourism, with a clear vision for modern European development" - with these words Mrs. Marina Boshnakova justified the choice of the investors for the location of the fifth MASTERHAUS store. Mrs. Boshnakova emphasized that for the 30th anniversary, the family company has established itself on the Bulgarian market with a lot of work, ambition, consistency and perseverance, which has built them as a stable and preferred partner, with leading market positions. Along with the owners of the chain of hypermarkets, the mayor of Kazanlak, Mrs. Galina Stoyanova, was also present at the groundbreaking ceremony. She welcomed the logistical decision of the Boshnakovi family to develop a business in the center of Bulgaria and thanked them for doing it in the most difficult time and in the most difficult economic conditions in the country.
Hypermarket MASTERHAUS No. 5 will be located on an area of 5 611 sq.m. - commercial building with outsourced construction center, drive-in area and warehouses. 78 parking spaces are planned.
With its commercial outlet in Kazanlak, the company "Boshnakov" will open 64 new jobs. The store will offer over 50,000 items - building materials, household products, repair, garden, interior and exterior solutions, a modern construction showroom, adjacent open and closed storage areas with the most modern equipment.
The hypermarket project is the work of arch . Dimitar Mandov, who is a native of Kazanlak. The executor of the project is the company "Artel" EOOD, which has built all the company's sites to date.
