Converted residential building with materials from Masterhaus

Multi-family residential building on st. "Rakovska" No. 21 entrance A, B, C, in the city Simeonovgrad, implemented within the framework of the National Program for Energy Efficiency of Multi-Family Residential Buildings for 2015.

The facility was implemented in partnership with the MASTERHAUS construction hypermarket chain, owned by "Boshnakov" EOOD.

The panel block is repaired with EPS 10 cm. with a density density ≥ 17 kg/m3.

The facade plaster is based on artificial resins, elastic, water-repellent, for external application by the company "Baumit"

Silicone facade paint is used for the plinth "Caparol".

In addition to the insulation of the facade, the joinery of the apartments was completely replaced, and the common parts of the building were renewed.

On 02.02.2016 for the object, an Act was signed. 15.
