OFFICIAL POST-GAME RULES AND TERMS
"BBQ WEBER"

Participation in the Instagram post-game "BBQ WEBER" is possible only subject to the conditions described below.

1. GENERAL TERMS

Post-game "BBQ WEBER" (in short "Game") is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", with EIC No. 102082965 , represented by the manager Pavel Nikolov Boshnakov for brevity below called ORGANIZER.

2. TERRITORY AND DURATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME

The promotional game is organized and held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The game "WEBER Barbecue", which takes place only on the social platform INSTAGRAM on the profile of @masterhaus.bg, starts from 10:00 on 13.08.2024. and ends at 23:59 on 20/08/2024 - last day to enter the game on the INSTAGRAM app/site. The winner will be announced on 21/08/2024 in the game post.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. These Official Rules ("Rules") determine the manner of conducting the promotional game "BBQ WEBER" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") and govern the relationship between the Organizer (named above) and the Participants in The game.

3.2. Participants in the Promotional Game are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotional Game described below, referred to as the Official Promotional Game Rules.

3.3. The official rules will be published on the Organizer's official website www.masterhaus.bg and will be available there throughout the duration of the Game.

3.4. The Organizer of the Game reserves the right to change or add to the Official Rules of the Game, the changes coming into force after their prior publication on the official website of the Organizer www.masterhaus.bg

3.5. By participating in the Game, participants are bound by the Official Rules described above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Game, and by taking any action to participate in the Game, each participant confirms that they have read and understood them is and accepts them unconditionally.

3.6. By performing any action to participate in the Game, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent for the Organizer to collect, use and operate with his personal data.

4. MECHANISM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

4.1. During the period of the Game, a post will be published on the Instagram account of @masterhaus.bg . To take part in the Game, the participant must fulfill each of the conditions listed below:

- Follow the Instagram account of @masterhaus.bg, if he has not already done so (pressing the follow/ button follow);

- To write in a comment: What will be the first thing to grill at the barbecue?;

- To tag/mark at least one Instagram account in a comment. The tagged account must be different from the one posting the comment

5. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

5.1. "Participant" in the Game is any:

1. able-bodied natural person, Bulgarian citizens, over 18 years old, with an active Instagram account;

2. natural persons who have permanent residence in the Republic of Bulgaria.

5.2. Managers and employees of the Organizer and all affiliated subsidiaries or other persons professionally connected with the organization of the Promotional Campaign, as well as members of their families, are not allowed to participate in the Game.

6. PRIZE AND DRAWING OF WINNERS

Participation in the Game provides an opportunity to win one Weber Barbecue prize.

The winning participant will be randomly drawn, through a one-time electronic draw among Game participants on 21/08/2024.

The results of the draw are final and not subject to dispute.

7. RECEIVING THE PRIZE

7.1. The winner will be announced by posting the account with which he participated in the Game on Instagram account @masterhaus.bg. In order to receive their prize, the selected participant must write within 7 days to the Organizer a personal message on Instagram and give three names, a place of residence and a contact phone number for the prize to be sent. The organizer has the right, at its discretion, to deprive the winner of his right to receive a prize in the event of full or partial non-fulfillment of the conditions for participation and receipt of the prize. A winner who has not contacted the Organizer within 10 days from the date of his announcement on the Instagram account @masterhaus.bg, automatically and unconditionally loses his right to be a winning participant.

7.2 . In order to receive their prize, the winning participant must sign all documents provided by the Organizer in connection with the delivery of the prize and deliver them to the courier for return to the Organizer. A winner who does not collect his prize within 5 days from the date of receipt at the relevant store/courier office loses his right to be a winning participant.

7.3. In the event that a winner loses or is deprived of the right to receive the prize, the Organizer may conduct a new draw for the respective prize.

8. OTHERS

8.1. By taking any action to participate in the promotional game, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) for the Organizer and persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for the commercial your goals, incl. and publicly, his name and photographs and images, his voice and/or likeness for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including but not limited to announcing his status as a Winner) without additional compensation in any media now known or to be discovered in the future, worldwide, including on the Internet, without limitation in time and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, as well as in the presentation of the award for publicity and information events, without him any additional or other payment and/or compensation is due indefinitely.

8.2. Participants in the Game agree that the Organizer or persons representing him may contact him through personal messages on Instagram, phone calls or SMS and Viber messages.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Organizer undertakes to comply with current legislation related to the protection of personal data collected during the Game. "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is a personal data controller within the meaning of Article 4, point 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as such undertakes to process the personal data of Game Participants in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the Law on protection of personal data. The Promoter also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of Game participants' personal data and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

The organizer collects personal data specifically for the purposes of the Game. For the purposes of managing the Game, personal data is used that the Participants have already provided during their participation.

The Organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Game, as well as for administrative purposes.

In order to verify the identity of the Winner, the Organizer will process personal data contained in their personal cards. This processing is based on ZODFL, ZKPO, ZDDS, Zsch. and upon voluntary and express consent given by the Participant. By participating in the Game, participants voluntarily give their express consent for the Organizer to use and process their personal data for the purposes of their participation in the Game. The organizer will not provide personal data to third parties. Collected personal data can only be disclosed to state authorities in matters of their competence.

According to GDPR, Participants have the right to free access to (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16) or deletion (Art. 17) of their personal data or limitation (Art. 18) of the processing. Participants have the right to portability of their personal data (Article 20), that is, to request that their personal data be provided in a widely used and machine-readable format both to them and to a person or organization indicated by them.

Each participant bears full responsibility in case he has used other people's personal data. By participating in the Game, the participant declares that the personal data he has provided is actually his.

10. NO REDEMPTION

Exchanging the prizes for others or their cash equivalent is not allowed.

These Rules are in effect from 08/13/2024. and will be available at www.masterhaus.bg during the period in which the Game is held.
