General terms and conditions of the "Birthday" campaign"

The sale of the "Birthday" campaign products will be conducted ONLY and ONLY according to the conditions described below and terms.

1. Organizer

The "Birthday" campaign, organized by the company Boshnakov EOOD with headquarters and management address - town Burgas, Northern Industrial Zone 8000 and EIK: 102082965 is valid from 08:00 on 19.10.2024 to 23:59 on 20.10.2024. For each of the physical stores, the campaign is valid within the working hours announced for the store.

2. Territory and period of the Campaign

The campaign takes place in construction hypermarkets MASTERHAUS Burgas, Nessebar, Primorsko, Aytos and Kazanlak, owned by Boshnakov EOOD. As well as online at www.masterhaus.bg

3. Official Rules

• Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Campaign described below;
• By participating in the Campaign participants are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as by taking any action to participate, each participant confirms that he has read them, understood them and accepts them unconditionally;
• The official rules will be posted of the "Information" sector and published in the news section, online at www.masterhaus.bg;
• For physical stores - on the electronic labels with the symbol "Celebrating a birthday", the final price indicated on the label is with an already calculated discount. For all other items (without a symbol or with a paper label) that are not on promotion, sale or always low price, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout;
• Online - the discount is calculated into the price;
• The Campaign Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules at any time;
• The campaign does NOT apply to custom goods;
• The campaign does NOT apply to services such as toning, unloading and transportation and customers may NOT benefit from a discount on those listed in this point;
• The discount on the days of the campaign applies ONLY and ONLY to the goods available in the store;
• The specified discount applies to items that are not included in other promotions or promotions with a different time period from the current campaign period. This number is NOT on promo, sale or other special price at the time of purchase. Boshnakov EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already sold out products;
• The specified discount cannot be combined with other discounts;
• You will receive delivery conditions per sector Info.
• The Loyalty Card cannot be used in the specified campaign;
• The specified discount DOES NOT APPLY TO GOODS PURCHASED ON CREDIT;

4. Others

4.1. Boshnakov EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change, extend or permanently suspend the Campaign at any time.

4.2. Any potential legal dispute between the Campaign Organizer and the customers will be resolved out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court

4.3. Typographical errors are possible for which Boshnakov EOOD is not responsible.
