MASTERHAUS opened its doors in Aytos on April 12, 2014

The object is located on 1500 sq.m of its own regulated property. The construction is a one-story building with a cornice height of up to 6.00 m. 1300 m2 is the built-up commercial area with an adjacent parking lot with over 40 parking spaces.

The commercial and warehouse areas are designed in a hall with a load-bearing structure of prefabricated steel-concrete columns, metal frames and sandwich panels (fire-resistant according to Ordinance No. 2 ) for walls and roof.

From beamless reinforced concrete construction: the reception block of the commercial base, administrative services, staff quarters, electrical switchboard and other service and service rooms.

The project provides more than the legally required evacuation exits. According to an established linear schedule, the maximum number of workers on the construction site: 50.
