MASTERHAUS Sliven - the new hypermarket for construction and repair

In 2025, the sixth physical store of the MASTERHAUS chain will open in Sliven - a construction hypermarket, which will offer residents and businesses in the region everything they need for construction, repair, interior renovation and gardening. The facility will combine convenience, modern vision and strategic location, becoming an excellent solution for customers.

A sum of 10 million leva will be invested for the implementation of the project, financed with a loan from the United Bulgarian Bank.

The project is the work of architect Tihomir Tashkov, and the construction will be carried out by the company "Artel" EOOD with manager Eng. Prodan Pulev.

Customer convenience

The new MASTERHAUS will have a gross floor area (GFA) of 5,000 sq m. The spacious retail hall will be organized into specialized sectors, providing quick and easy access to a wide range of goods, arranged by category for maximum efficient and convenient shopping.

For the convenience of customers, about 60 parking spaces are provided. Their location is planned to facilitate access for both customers and loading and unloading activities.

Sustainable solutions in building design

The MASTERHAUS Sliven building is designed with attention to sustainability and efficiency. The structure will combine reinforced concrete and steel elements, which ensure stability and durability. The external walls are planned to be built of thermal panels with insulation, guaranteeing high energy efficiency and protection. The roof will be made of materials that reduce energy costs and are long-lastingly resistant to weather influences.

The large glass facade provides natural light in the sales hall, which will contribute to the comfortable atmosphere in the facility. The floors are designed for load-bearing durability and practicality.

The architectural design and future appearance of the building combine aesthetics and functionality, meeting the highest requirements for a modern commercial building.
