Delivery schedule during the holiday period

The holidays are fast approaching and nervous preparations are in full swing.
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your shopping experience and that you receive your ordered products and gifts on time. To make sure this is possible, please note the following schedule:

For Christmas:

- orders placed on 12/21/2015. to 15:30 arrive by 12/23/2015

- orders placed on 12/21/2015 after 15:30 arrive by 28.12.2015

For New Year:

- orders placed on 28.12.2015 before 15:30 arrive by 01/04/2016

- after 15:30 arrive by 01/05/2016

This schedule is for information purposes only. The presented information applies only to the settlements with a 5 or 6 day service schedule. Masterhaus is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier companies we work with.
