The sale of the products from the campaign "Catch the discount at MASTERHAUS 2023" will only take place and ONLY according to the terms and conditions described below.

2. Territory and period of the Campaign

The campaign takes place in construction hypermarkets MASTERHAUS Burgas, Nessebar, Primorsko, Aytos and Kazanlak and online store www.masterhaus.bg, owned by "BOSHNAKOV" Ltd.

3. Official Rules

• Participants in the Campaign are required to comply with the terms and conditions and rules of the Campaign described below;
• Official Rules will be posted of the "Information" sector;
• The organizer of the Campaign reserves the right to change or supplement the official rules at any time;
• By participating in the Campaign, the participants are bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as by performing of any participation action, any participant confirms that he has familiarized himself with them, understood them and accepts them unconditionally;
• The campaign does NOT apply to goods made to order;
• The campaign does NOT apply to services such as toning, unloading and transport and the customers They can NOT take advantage of the discount listed in this point;
• The discount applies ONLY and ONLY to the goods available in the store;
• The specified discount applies to items that are not included in other promotions or promotions with a different time period than the period of this campaign. This number is NOT on promo, sale or other special price at the time of purchase. "Boshnakov" EOOD is not committed to providing additional quantities of already sold out products;
• The specified discount cannot be combined with other discounts;
• You will receive delivery conditions in the "Information" section . Discount does not apply to transport service;
• Loyalty card cannot be used in the specified campaign;
• Specified discount is NOT VALID FOR GOODS PURCHASED ON LOANS.

4. Others

4.1. "Boshnakov" EOOD reserves the right to terminate, change, extend or permanently suspend the Campaign at any time.

4.2. Any potential legal dispute between the Campaign Organizer and the customers will be resolved out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court

4.3. Typographical errors are possible for which Boshnakov EOOD is not responsible.
