Boshnakov EOOD reported the results of the implementation of a Euro project
Providing organized transport to and from the workplace for employees in "MASTERHAUS" hypermarkets"
On 05/29/2015 in the "Business Incubator Burgas" building, a closing information event was held in connection with the successful completion of the project "Providing organized transport to and from the workplace for employees in the "Masterhouse" hypermarkets of "Boshnakov" EOOD, carried out under contract for BFP no. ESF-2203-02-02002".
Event was organized by "Boshnakov" EOOD-beneficiary of the project.
The company "Boshnakov" EOOD carries out its activity in the field of trade in construction materials and goods for the repair, household, garden, housewife and with its more than 20 years of experience, the company achieves leadership positions on the regional market and is one of the leaders in its field and nationally aspect.
The beginning of the closing conference was set by the project manager Kalina Novakova, financial manager of the company "Boshnakov" EOOD.
The meeting was attended by guests, interested parties and representatives of the media.
The attendees were also welcomed by Petya Bakalova - head of Business Incubator Burgas, kind host of the event.
The project manager made a presentation that showed the achieved results, their reporting and emphasized that with the implementation of the project all basic and specific goals have been achieved and he thanks the participants for the responsibility shown in completing the tasks.
After the transport of 144 employees of "Boshnakov" EOOD from their place of residence to the company's stores in the village of Ravda and town Primorsko for 12 months, the share of people who kept their jobs after the end of the incentive measures is: 100%.
The successful implementation of the project contributes to the achievement of the general and specific goals of both the 2007-2013 ROPHR, as well as the priority direction "Increasing the productivity and adaptability of the employed", of main area of intervention 2.2. Encouraging the flexibility of the labor market, as well as the general and specific goals of the current procedure "on the road".
The project is in accordance with the principle of environmental sustainability, as through the use of organized transport mainly with buses from and to the workplace of the employed, the need to use a large number of smaller means of transport is eliminated, and hence the release of harmful gases into the air from them.
Through the implementation of information and publicity activities through this conference, the project contributed to the sharing of good practices regarding the organized transport of employees in similar enterprises.
After the completion of the project, a company Boshnakov EOOD will continue to transport its employees from and to their workplace, because for Boshnakov EOOD this is part of the employer's social responsibility - to provide convenient transportation for those employed in MASTERHOUSE hypermarkets who live in settlements far from their work.
