1. RAFFLE ORGANIZER

1.1. The raffle "Shop and celebrate with us"

is organized by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD, with registered office and management address: Burgas, SPZ k/s "Slaveykov", hypermarket "Masterhouse", with EIC No. 102082965 , for brevity below called ORGANIZER OF THE RAFFLE.

2. TERRITORY OF THE PROMOTION AND RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. The promotion is organized and conducted ONLY and ONLY for customers of the ONLINE (virtual) platform for sales of goods www.masterhaus.bg, operated by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. Customers of physical stores (MASTERHAUS building hypermarkets) are not involved. Any completed purchase through the online platform on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and meeting the conditions below can participate in winning the prize described below.

2.2. The promotion applies ONLY to customers who PURCHASED GOODS and SERVICES in/from the ONLINE (virtual) platform for sales of goods www.masterhaus.bg, operated by "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. Customers of physical stores (MASTERHAUS building hypermarkets) are not participating.

3. OFFICIAL RULES

3.1. Raffle participants are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the raffle described below, referred to as the Official Raffle Rules.

3.2. The official rules will be published on the company's official website www.masterhaus.bg and on www.facebook.com/masterhaus for the entire period of the raffle.

3.3. The organizer of the raffle reserves the right to change or add to the official rules of the raffle, the changes coming into force after their prior publication on the official website of the company www.masterhaus.bg

3.4. By participating in the raffle, participants are bound by the Official Rules described above and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Raffle, and by taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that they have read and understood them is and accepts them unconditionally.

3.5. By performing any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent to the Organizer collecting, using and operating his personal data. The refusal to provide the necessary data leads to the impossibility of successfully completing the registration in the Raffle.

4. PROMOTION DURATION

The promotion starts on 12/01/2016. at 08:00:01 and ends at 23:59:59. on 31.01.2017

5. PROMOTIONAL BRANDS AND PACKAGING

5.1. The promotion includes all brands of products that are sold in/from the ONLINE (virtual) platform for sales of goods www.masterhaus.bg, operated by "BOSHNAKOV" Ltd.

5.2. Products will not be marked with special symbols and signs. The condition is that the total value of a paid and executed order is not less than BGN 50 (fifty). including VAT, excluding delivery price.

5.3. Conditions for participation are that the order placed has been paid and the purchased product has not been returned within the 15-day period. In the case of goods not conforming to the contract of sale, which could not be repaired, the persons should have wished to be provided with a new product and not to be refunded the amount paid for it.

6.1. Participants must purchase any number and/or combination of products and services on/from the ONLINE (virtual) platform for sales of goods www.masterhaus.bg operated by BOSHNAKOV EOOD worth not less than BGN 50 (fifty). including VAT, without delivery price.

6.2. For each customer who left the checkbox marked - I want to participate in the raffle "Shop and celebrate" and made an order/purchase of a value above the above, the system automatically generates an order number with which the customer participates in the raffle. The purchase value should be reached in one order/purchase.

6.3. In order to be accepted as a valid participation in the raffle, it is necessary to correctly and completely fill in the mandatory fields necessary to accept an order and tick - I wish to participate in the "Shop and Celebrate" raffle.

6.4. Entrants who have made purchases for more than the minimum announced amount for participation in one order, namely - doubled, tripled, etc., will participate with the corresponding number of generated numbers and will be able to be drawn based on their number. (so, for example, an order worth BGN 120.00 including VAT will receive one entry number, but its order will be entered twice in the table of participants for the "Shop and Celebrate" raffle)

6.5. To participate, the following information is required: name and surname of the sender; email address; full postal address, contact telephone number, order number. All these data are automatically extracted from the system, for which the participant gives his full and irrevocable consent.

6.6. Forms that do not contain a contact phone number and both names of the sender are considered invalid and do not participate in the promotion.

6.7. One person may participate an unlimited number of times.

6.8. For the promotion period, one draw will take place on 02/01/2017. at 4:00 p.m., and the order number and/or order number of the winning participants will be drawn by a random third party, not an employee of the Organizer, in the presence of a Notary. The notary, after checking the drawn number and/or the corresponding order number, will officially announce the names of the winning participants.

6.10. Information about the promotion will be distributed through print advertising, the Internet, posters and POS materials in the store and on www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS.

6.11. All participants are unconditionally and irrevocably bound by the Official Rules published at www.masterhaus.bg and the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS.

10. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The promotion is open to participation for all Bulgarian citizens of full age and legal capacity - natural persons, sole traders or companies through their manager/representative), natural persons who have a permanent residence in the Republic of Bulgaria, foreign legal entities with a branch in the Republic of Bulgaria, with the exception of "BOSHNAKOV" employees Ltd. and associated with this promotion, as well as their immediate family members.

Participants may increase their chances of winning by entering more than once.

PRIZE CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR ITS CASH EQUIVALENT.

7. PRIZE RECEIVING PROCEDURE

7.1. Prize winners will be able to receive it at the Information section in the MASTERHAUS store, Burgas, no later than 15 days after its official withdrawal and announcement, and at the earliest on the day following the day of the draw. In case of refusal to receive the Award, the right to receive it is extinguished.

7.2. The winners will be announced with lists that can be found in the Information section of the MASTERHAUS store in Burgas, as well as on www.masterhaus.bg and the MASTERHAUS Facebook page. The winning participants will be drawn on a random basis, the Promoter will make an attempt to notify the winning participants by one phone call to the telephone number specified in the registered profile, and the same has no obligation and/or responsibility to notify the winning participants by this method of the prize won. The award must be received by the date specified in art. 7.1. deadline. In the event that all administrative issues are not settled by this date and/or the contract for the transfer of ownership and handing over possession of the Award is not signed, the right to receive the Award is extinguished.

7.3. Unclaimed prizes in the relevant hypermarket until the deadline under Art. 7.1. from the rules, are returned to "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD. The organizer has no obligation to store the prizes for an unlimited period.

7.4. The prize is received in person by the Winning Entrants. The ORGANIZER does not bear the travel and accommodation expenses necessary in connection with receiving the Award.

8. OTHERS

8.1. By taking any action to participate in the raffle, each participant confirms that he gives his irrevocable consent (and agrees to confirm this in writing if necessary) for the Organizer and persons acting on his behalf to photograph him, to use for the commercial your goals, incl. and publicly his name and photographs and images, voice and/or likeness for advertising, commercial and/or promotional purposes (including but not limited to announcing his status as a Winner) without additional compensation in any media now known or to be made available in the future, worldwide, including on the Internet, without time limit and without the need for prior notice, review or approval, as well as in the presentation of the prize for advertising and information events, without being owes any additional or other payment and/or compensation indefinitely.

8.2. By ticking the entry box, Entrants accept these Rules in their entirety and acknowledge that the Promoter, as well as any subcontractors participating in the Sweepstakes or providing the Prize, together with all of their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively "Released Persons "), shall have no liability whatsoever for any personal injury, including but not limited to death, bodily injury or property damage, suffered by any person who in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, result from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or participation in this Raffle and related activities, and the Entrants release the Released Persons from liability in connection with the above, as well as in connection with any typographical, manufacturing, technical, typographical, human or other errors in the printing, offering or announcement of The prize.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

9.1. The organizer of the promotion - "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is not obliged to correspond with persons whose order numbers are not downloaded.

9.2. The Sweepstakes Promoter will not be made a party to disputes over prize ownership or promotion order numbers.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The organizer undertakes to comply with current legislation related to the protection of personal information collected during the promotion. The company "BOSHNAKOV" EOOD is registered in the "Register of personal data administrators and the registers kept by them" with identification number 136124 at the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data. The organizer also undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the personal information of the participants in the promotion and to use it in accordance with these Official Rules and the current legislation.

The organizer collects, stores, processes and uses the personal information entered for the purpose of order and participation in the raffle ("personal data"). The organizer will use this data for the purposes of the Raffle, as well as for administrative purposes with a view to long-term customer service, to provide personalized services for the customer and/or cardholders, specially prepared or personalized commercial promotions, participation in loyalty programs, as well as for market research or attitudes and opinions. The Promoter may also use personal data to provide information in the event of a product recall, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. In the latter case, the Organizer may use all appropriate and available communication channels such as letters, e-mail, SMS, phone calls, etc. in order to ensure the security of its customers.

11. NO REDEMPTION

Exchanging the Prize for others or for its cash equivalent is not allowed.

12. FEES

The Promoter is not responsible for any fees, taxes or fines that may arise in connection with The prize.

13. ANNOUNCEMENT

The names of the winners will be published on the official website of MASTERHAUS at www.masterhaus.bg, as well as on the Facebook page of MASTERHAUS within the terms of Art. 7.1. of the rules.

14. TERMINATION OF THE PROMOTION

This promotion may be terminated unilaterally by the Promoter at any time, without notice to the participants, if it incurs material losses, technical or legal reasons, violations of the rules or force majeure, including the Organizer's inability to the promotion for reasons independent of his will to continue the current promotion. Participants will not be given compensation in any form or value.

15. LEGAL DISPUTE

Any potential legal dispute between the Promotion Organizer and the participants in this promotion will be resolved out of court or, in the event that this is not possible, by the relevant Burgas District or Burgas District Court.
