"Buy - Refill - Earn"

In the period 01 February - 28 February 2017:

  • Buy products under the brands Ceresit, Moment, Loctite, Pattex, Metylan, Tangit from the outlets of "Masterhouse".
  • Fill out a participation coupon (the fields on the promotion leaflet), by entering the number of your issued fiscal voucher
  • Leave the completed coupons in the special promotion boxes located in the commercial establishments of "Masterhouse".
  • Only cards with ALL participation fields filled in participate in the promotion
  • All correctly filled coupons participate in the drawing of 28 packages of cleaning and detergents under Henkel brands. One participant can win up to 3 packages.
  • Prizes will be drawn by an independent jury on 03/07/2017. on the principle of "no return", after which the winning participants will be notified by phone and e-mail.
  • The distribution of prizes will take place between 08.03.2017. and 17.03.2017. in the relevant commercial outlet from which the purchase was made. Please keep the receipt!
  • A participant who has not claimed his prize by 17.03.2017 loses the right to receive the prize and the Organizer has the right to distribute the unclaimed prizes among the reserve winners.
  • The promotion is organized and conducts only on the territory of Masterhouse retail outlets, in the cities of Burgas, Aytos, Primorsko, Ravda

ON THE PROMOTION "Buy - fill - win" . 1. PROMOTION ORGANIZER

The "Buy - Fill - Win" promotion is organized and conducted by Henkel Bulgaria EOOD, hereinafter referred to as "PROMOTION ORGANIZER" for short.

PART 2. OFFICIAL RULES

2.1. Participants in the Promotion are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the official rules of the Promotion set out below, referred to for short as "OFFICIAL RULES".

2.2. The Official Rules will be publicly announced and will be available for the entire period of the Promotion at the Internet address: https://www.masterhaus.bg

2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to supplement and/or change the Official Rules, with the additions and/or changes coming into effect after their official publication at the Internet address: https://www.masterhaus.bg

PART 3. TERRITORY OF CONDUCT OF CONSUMER PROMOTION

PART 4. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION

4.1. The promotion started on February 1, 2017. and continues until February 28, 2017. including.

PART 5. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

5.1. The promotion is valid for all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and live in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

5.2. employees of Henkel Bulgaria, employees of the stores where the Promotion will take place, all service agencies, as well as their family members are not allowed to participate in the promotion.

5.3. In the event that the Organizer discovers or establishes an irregular participant in accordance with 5.1 and 5.2., he has the right to cancel the prize received by him or, at his discretion, not to allow him to participate in the prize draw.

PART 6. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES:

The promotion prize is a set of laundry and cleaning products from Henkel, including one of the following products:

The Organizer of the Promotion reserves the right, upon exhaustion of the available quantities of the listed instruments, to replace them with those of a similar purpose and value, after notification of this on the official page of the promotion.

PART 7. MECHANISM FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

7.1. To participate in the promotion, it is necessary to purchase products under the brands Ceresit, Moment, Loctite, Pattex, Metylan, Tangit from "Masterhouse" outlets.

7.2. Participation in the promotion takes place after filling in a participation coupon (the fields on the promotion leaflet)

7.3. Prizes can be received until 17.03.2017 at the relevant Masterhouse outlet from which the purchase was made.

PART 8. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION, VALIDATION AND RECEIPT OF THE AWARDS

8.1. The prizes will be drawn by an independent jury on 07.03.2017. on a "no return" basis, after which the winning participants will be notified by phone and e-mail.

8.2. Prizes are personal and non-assignable or exchangeable. The type of prize is described in detail in point 6.

8.3. Prizes will be received in the order described in point 7.3 or in another additional agreed way against signing a transfer protocol. The organizer of the promotion is not responsible for non-received/undelivered prizes in case of incorrect information submitted by a participant about participating in the game

8.4. The prize can only be claimed in person by the entrant upon presentation of identification or by a duly authorized person.

Unclaimed prizes due to inability to contact announced winners due to wrong, inaccurate or incomplete address are distributed among alternate winning.

PART 9 . NO CASH EQUIVALENT

No exchange of prize for cash and/or cash equivalent.

PART 10 . LIABILITY

10.1. The organizer of the promotion is not responsible for typographical errors or other violations.

10.2. The organizer of the promotion is not responsible for wrongly stated information by the participants of this promotion.

10.3. All prize claims made after the deadline specified in Section 7.3 will be deemed void.

PART 11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Promotion Organizer is registered as a data controller and undertakes the obligation, according to the rules of the Personal Data Protection Act, to collect and process the personal data provided by the participants in the Promotion, only on the occasion of and in connection with the Promotion. By registering their participation in the promotion, the winner will be deemed to give their express consent that their personal data and image may be used for purposes related to the promotion. PART 14. PUBLICITY

14.1. Participants agree that the Organizer or persons authorized by him may communicate with them by means of telephone calls and SMS during the promotion and in a period of 90 calendar days after its end.
